Don’t use this company it’s crap. They can’t get there acts together have had the service two weeks and can’t get anyone to help me with my issues and get told one thing by someone and something totally different from another person. The Internet won’t work and the billing is all messed up.

Watch your bill closely, they sent me a tv connect package with also a modem router combo by mail with out a phone call for my permission. Look online for explanation and they automatically added tv starter to my bill and service, I only requested Internet services, watch your bills closely nothing comes for free.
