$ 110 to replace the cracked glass to my iPhone 5s. Not sure if the price was good or I got jibbed but the tech guy was friendly & professional. He promised it would be ready is 60 mins but was done much sooner than that. He said they can fix just about anything with the iPhone but warned me not to set my phone on fire because no 1 can fix that, he assured me, and with a serious demeanor. I told him I shall impress his warning to my girlfriend since this is the second time she has tried killing my poor phone. The first attempt was by drowning…

So here we are over a year later and I’ve been waiting for a replacement PS3 because the lame tech center claims I abandoned my original one. This place is just as crappy as its location. the manager Rey is not about his word and gives you the complete run around. thanks for nothing!

Wish I had read reviews before going there.
I took my iPhone 6 here, it had water damage. They tell me its going to be $ 75. Okay cool, 2 – 3 days. Came in on Thursday. So the days go by and I’m getting antsy but on Saturday they call me telling me that I’ll need a screen replacement, ok cool expected. Total is going to be $ 120. I tell them its fine go right ahead, so they call me later on Sunday afternoon telling me my phone is fixed and ready to pick up. Awesome. It’s around 4pm on Sunday I tell them I’ll be in the next day to pick it up.
I get there around 1pm on Monday. Guy there doesn’t know what iPhone I’m talking about. I explain it to him, after a few minutes of looking around he finds it in the bin right in front of him. He’s like «oh let me see how its working for you.» so dude plugs the phone in and starts processing our payment. I’m like ??? I look over at my phone and it looks dead, why wouldn’t you have tested it multiple times before telling me it’s fine? So he’s asking us for payment and I’m like is my phone working its not coming on. He goes «oh its probably just dead.oh.wait…nope.no this one? Was it water damage? Yeah its not working, who told you it was fixed?» I told him I’d spoken to a guy named Chris about it and they told me it worked. He told me that they would try it again, possibly a bad screen… I wss irritated but I live close so I was okay with that.
Fastforward to the Thursday. By this time I’m pissed. I call them and the guy assured me that they had tested multiple screens and my phone was fine. I get there… again they can’t find my phone. When they do its not working, the guy goes «yeah its just been sitting here, do you want me to try and fix it?» I’m like ??? Boy bye just give me the phone.
Worst company ever. I feel like they made the damage on my phone worse, now I just have an iPhone that I can’t use lying around, and it probably would be working had I gone to professionals.

So I came in to get my phone fixed. Screen camera and battery. They replaced the screen and battery… But had to order the camera. Ok I paid for everything including the camera to be fixed when it came in. I didn’t get far. By the time I got to the car, the screen stopped working. When I brought it back the guy said they were getting bad batches of screens. So he replaced it again and all fixed. I then came in 3 weeks later after not getting a call to fix the camera, and they couldn’t find it. So they reordered it and never got a call 3 weeks later so went in and he said they got it but for some reason sent it back. Notes said they called, but showed my call history and nothing. So they tell me I can’t get a refund and they can’t fix the phone with the part I ordered. So what do I do. I ask to call the manager and they said that’s not possible, but he will be in 3 days from now. So the question is if I can’t get the part, they have my money and can’t get that back, they can’t give me a date to get it fixed, I even asked if they can save it for me and call, but isn’t that what this situation started as? My first repair date was 9÷19÷2015 and it is now ¹¹⁄₂₅. He says he will take care of it this two weekends from now bc of the holiday. We shall see!!!
Update!!!
So I finally got a call on ¹²⁄₁₃ that the part came in after 1 phone call a day for the past week. They said to come in and at 3pm the next day they are closed!!! This is incredible that I can’t get my phone fixed!!!

Oh my goodness, this place is horrible, I took my Apple iPad for a screen replacement, the iPad was working perfectly except for a broken screen. after a week I went to pick up, it was not done, told me to come next week, I went, it was not ready I went every week, called, always different excuses. then a girl answered the phone after many months calling and waiting she said the iPad did not work, they were supposed to call me within 2 days I am still waiting is going to be a year this Christmas, just waiting to see how much long I have to wait before I take them to court

I see why they have low stars. I should have read these reviews before I left my product here. I was promised 1 week. It has been 3weeks and not only has it not been fixed but they haven’t even worked on it yet. First and last time here. I hope you read the reviews before you go there and not agree like I did.

No stars! I brought my I pad for repair on July 25,2015 today August 28, 2015 still not repaired. They told me they had the part they ordered over a week and a half a go. Today I walked in and I was told by the manager that it wasn’t ready that they were going to repair it and that it would be ready tonight by 8:00pm that they had just received the part yesterday, which is weird because I called a week and a half ago and they told me they had received the part. So I walked in at 8:00pm and sure enough it wasn’t ready, not even worked on. A whole month my iPad sitting there in that shop for nothing.

I wish we could choose zero stars!
UPDATE!
I finally received a cash refund! I had to wait till they could come up with the cash lol and return the cheap worthless screen tech center installed incorrectly (wrong).tech center I thought damaged a sensor called a «proximity» sensor… I took my phone to an reparable repair shop… when he removed the screen there was no sensor!!! MISSING… this PROVES they either do not know what they are doing. they left this part out OR like other customers have reported they take parts from your devices!!! I think BOTH!
Please think twice and do your research before going here for service!
Not only do they do crappy work they use very cheap… very thin screens that are easily broken and NOT Apple approved
to get a refund I had to rerun the screen… the phone was not used until it was properly repaired… I held it up to a bright medical light and could see a small hair line crack…
their store policy is no refunds but I got one in a matter of days! Because I stand my grounds! The staff refuses to give out the owners/​upper management’s name. it’s a public record! I would like to thank the managers office at Montclair Plaza… their eyes are now wide open!

The repair is supposed to only take 1 day apparently they believe one hour is actually 30 days. After the repair my phone kept glitching but of course I signed a release that puts them at no fault. It is very convenient for them I think they ask you to sign the release for a reason.

So my dad’s computer had some virus and he had no clue where the system recovery disk was. I would usually try to restore it myself but I know he had been wanting to upgrade from Windows Vista to Windows 7 anyways so I took this as the opportunity to get the upgrade. Although I was trying to be thoughtful, it turned into a mistake that I took his computer here of all places…
I dropped it off on a Sunday and they were trying to convince me to pay more to retrieve old files in which I declined. The guy told me he could have it done by approximately Wednesday. I told him he has until Friday evening in which he said that should have been more than enough time to restore it and install Windows 7 (or so he thought)…
On Tuesday I checked my voicemail and I got a message from the Tech Center on Monday. A guy asked if I wanted to retrieve old files for extra money and that he won’t work on it until I call him back to confirm the old info would be wiped… HOW ANNOYING! I called back and he was giving me an attitude like it was MY PROBLEM he wasn’t the guy I spoke with on Sunday and THAT GUY didn’t note it. Well I’m sorry you guys need to all learn how to communicate and note shit better. Anyways I gave him the thumbs up to wipe the info and fix it…
By Friday I still haven’t heard from Tech Center so I called them. The girl who answered asked for my name… twice… and I even spelled it for her… then she puts someone else on… their manager… ohh the amount of colorful words that come to mind right about now… So he tells me that yesterday/​Thursday they discovered that their Windows 7 installation disk was scratched or not working for whatever reason and they had just contacted their corporate to send them a new one WTFFFF! and he told me I can come get it and bring it back whenever it comes in. DUDE DOES IT LOOK LIKE I HAVE ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD TO WASTE ON YOUR DAMN SHOP??? Apparently in his opinion he felt that he was being extremely helpful to me…
Notice how I had to call them to find out such annoying news. Imagine if I didn’t make the initiative to call in!!! I would have wasted a trip there –_​-​’ They didn’t even bother to inform me when they found out their stupid Windows 7 install disk had issues…
And then on Saturday I came to demand for the tower back and it was a different guy there so I didn’t want to yell at him. He wasn’t the one I’m beefing… BUT he refused to give me back the computer … Then I had to tell him the whole story… Wastes more of my precious time… Blah blah blah…
Ultimately I got it back and my friend will fix it for free and install Windows 7 for free. Ironic as heck because I avoided asking my friend because I felt that it would take too long… What a fail! It could have been done by now.

Please do not waste your time an money here! I took my iPad in to have the charging port replace. Pickup for my repair was two weeks. I came in two weeks later to see that my iPad was not repair. They told me that it was the battery and not the charge port. They never opened up the iPad to determine if it was the battery. I had to wait for another week for the repair. When I came back to pickup my iPad, the tech guy broke my iPad screen and told me that it’s not the battery. That’s right, he attempted to give me back my iPad with a broken screen. Anyhow, it’s been two months and I have not received my refund or has the screen been fixed.

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! DO NOT DROP OFF YOUR DEVICE AT THIS PATHETIC EXCUSE OF A REPAIR SHOP.
These bastards took my deposit on Black Friday and it was not until January 19, when I had to call them, did they let me know the part I ordered and PAID FOR had arrived.
They would not even give me a discount after they ignored me for over a month because they said they would loose money…
If I could walk in there and take a dump on their counter right now. I would.

Avoid these guys at all cost. I tried to get my phone unlocked and they had no idea where it was. Took them 20 minutes to find it. i asked them to if they could hold off a week until I got paid the next Friday and when I showed up they told me that corporate had declared my phone abandoned. I tired talking to the manager and the associates and they were all clueless and not helpful in anyway. i tried contacting corporate on more than one occasion and haven’t recieved a response back. Planning on taking them to small claims court because they are ridiculous ignorant.

One star can’t even depict how horrible this place is!

Took my phone here for repair and it was fully working with the exception of a cracked front screen.
Hours and hours later i came back to a phone that was completely useless! the screen wont display anything anymore and they pretty much just told me to scoot and be on my way and they can’t do anything about it.
They know that their technician did something bad and broke it in the process of replacing the screen.
To be sure i took it to another place that does micro component repairs and sure enough i have a result in less than an hour. 3 of the components that make the display work was completely torn off the board. Were they using jungle knives to open these things up? Bunch of cavemen!
Oh and do not sign anything they give to you! It basically says you are agreeing to their policy that says if they break something on your device, you cant do anything about it.
This is the most unprofessional business ever to have been established in this planet!
Take your broken stuff elsewhere. Read reviews and ratings. It will be worth your money!

Worst customer experience, service, and overall delivery possible! I brought my Xbox 360 to this store to get serviced because of an E74 error message (3 red lights). They said they could get it back to me within 2 weeks, three at the latest. Five weeks later, I called and was told that they were delayed but that they would get it done later that day. I came by almost a week later (as I was out of town), so six weeks after they had received the Xbox, only to be told that it still hadn’t been fixed. A few days later they finally called me back and told me they could not fix it. I never want to hate on any company, especially if they at least get it done… but almost SEVEN weeks only to find out that they couldn’t fix it? TERRIBLE customer service and TERRIBLE repair service. Never coming back here.
PLUS, this fix is supposed to take only about an hour or so… they could have told me that they couldn’t fix it instead of hanging on to it for seven weeks!!! I should just have sent my Xbox 360 to Xbox. Don’t go here! Save your money!

This people charged me 110 $ for my iPhone 5 screen. My phone dropped on carpet after 3 days and it’s already cracked!!! They used cheapest parts and charge people that is not worth the parts!!!
Beware!!! I called them and the rep just hang up on me!!! BS!!! F$ck!!!

If I could give a half star, I would. These people are friendly but they are terrible at what they do. I took in an iPhone 5 for a screen repair, charged me $ 107 for it. I walked around the mall for 5 minutes after the repair when the screen turned black. I returned it and they said that I had to do a software update. I went home, did the update and still nothing. So I went back, they said that my phone was damaged from something they didn’t know so they refunded my money. It’s been 2 months and I haven’t received my money. I’ve called and called and they say they have to send a message to executive and they would get back to me. They never do. I took it to a hole in the wall in pomona. Much better and cheaper, he knew exactly what was wrong with it within 10 minutes. The guys had shorted a part inside my phone because they forgot to do something. $ 50 repair. This place sucks.

Don’t go here. It’s a complete waste of time.
They claim to fix the product in a certain amount of days. However, it is complete hogwash. In my case, my brother and I brought in a ps3 for them to fix. They claimed it would take 4 days. Two weeks later… they still haven’t fixed it. My brother called them multiple times during that two week interval – all they gave were excuses. They’re not impeccable with their word.
In the end, the ps3 didn’t get fixed, so my brother just picked it up, looking to get it fixed elsewhere.
Verdict: go somewhere else to get your tech fixed!

Without a doubt the worst business I have ever come across. Crappy repair job and crappy service. Save yourself the trouble and fix it yourself. It would be cheaper and I’m sure you would be able to do a better job.
I brought my phone here to get my cracked screen fixed. When I get it back I discover multiple scratches at the top of the screen. When I asked the technician Daniel about it, he tried to say that it was glue and I could rub it off. I’m pretty sure I could tell the difference between glue and scratches. When I told him to look again he then admitted it was scratches. What kind of technician can’t till the difference between scratches and glue… Also apparently they have no policy on what to do if they mess up your phone. When I asked to speak to a manager. What kind of business doesn’t have a manager? He said there were none. When asked if I could call corporate he said there was no number only email. What kind of corporation doesn’t have a number to contact their employees? I emailed the address directly off their website, it said the email doesn’t exist.
Later when I come back to speak to him again and told him about the email he said I entered it wrong. When I told him I copied and pasted it directly from their website and he didn’t know what to say. What kind of business would insult the customer? He then said he would call corporate, if you go back in the previous part of my review he said there was NO number hm strange. At this point security goy involved and when i told them how he lied to me about there being no number he said he never said anything like that. What an amazing employee Daniel is that he could insult the customer and lie to them and then even lie to security!
VERY safe to say I will never ever come back to this place again.

My friend took his phone here and they have kept it for almost 3 months! Every week he would call and ask if his phone was ready and they would come up with a BS excuse.
They did not try at all to fix his phone we got it back in the SAME condition we took it in.
