So we waited for 30 mins to get seated than when we asked for a booth they said they didn’t have any available when there was so many open we were starving so we said ok on a table ordered an appetizer to moody waiters, took 35 mins for us to finally get it, I ordered a mix drink which I never got so I canceled it after an hour of no bar service or waitress never ordered it! My husband ordered that sizzling cheesy chicken they brought it out looked like it was a child’s plate so small and burned chicken w three bite size chicken breast a spoon full of burned veggies than ten minutes later my steak came all cold and she never brought sauce for it when we asked twice! Our bill came to $ 59 for only one appetizer and two dinners that were all horrible and one soda and two waters that we never got refills plus I asked her twice to take off coupon so she took of $ 10 so we still paid $ 49 for horrible food and bad service! I’m a server and manager myself and I never never do this but I left her $ 1 but it should of been a big 0 and I never got to complain to manager because she never came around so I’m thinking of calling corporate office today! So never again going there although there food looked good on pictures! We dine out at least three times a week and we love Chilli’s cross the street should of gone there! We don’t mind spending $ 100 on a dinner but come on customer service is everything!

I had died tonight with my husband Dennis. We haven’t eating here for long time. The food was served cold. That was the problem before. My waitress was very good she maked sure I got a hot plate.

Horrible service. We went to try the endless appetizers… I had received an email today with the ad for endless appetizers for $ 11.00. I was told that that didn’t apply to them. The wait was long and there were many open tables. Overall, very disorganized and won’t be going back.

My girlfriend and I came here on valentines day around 8pm for dinner. When we got there the women at the front took our name and said it would be about a 35 minute wait time so we went outside to smoke and vape. That wait time turned into an hour wait but it was understandable because of how busy it was. We love coming here so we weren’t too upset about it. Our food was great and we enjoyed our selves so much we were stuffed at the end of dinner. The place was very over staffed for the holidays and took care of the restaurant good for how busy it was.

This place was awful today. We came for appetizers and dessert. The hot appetizers were all cold. Sauce was limited on one. The fried green beans were burnt and some were missing the batter completely. The red velvet cake tastes like it had been refrigerated and it tasted old. Yuck. The strawberry shortcake had one strawberry and about a teaspoon of sauce. They need to close this location.

Well, where do we begin? This place just like any major food chain restaurant really doesn’t have to glamorize or enlighten themselves much. Due to how popular their name is. Anyhow, their service sucks. It is a hit or miss. Any day of the week, busy or not. I have been here when they are slower than slow and their hostess remain the same, their waiters remain the same, and it continues. If the waiters didn’t want good tips they probably wouldn’t be around throughout your whole visit. Food is in a sense «fast» food. This location is on my go to last minute place when all else fails 3 stars because I’ve never had a bad experience, yet tables surrounding me have and the whole vibe inside just seems dull. Karaōke is not lightening the place up. Unless you’d had one to many to drink already.

Had a business meeting /​lunch today. I ordered what I always order and got the Jack Daniels Chicken with loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli. It was good. Service was just about right. I usually go during happy hour and the staff usually does a good job keeping the drinks coming. When I tell them I want the next drink when I’m halfway through the first, they pretty much get them to me on time. It’s been a little while since I’ve visited them. It seems like the menu has gone up in price a bit.

The service at this establishment is horrible!
Went here on a Friday at 11:05 AM. There were about 12 other patrons inside. We were seated by the hostess and waited for 15 mins without any server coming to our table. I went and asked the server if anyone was going to serve us, she went into the back to look for our server.
We decided to leave and as we walked towards the door, the manager walked up and asked us if we enjoyed our visit!
I told her about the lack of service to which she seemed surprised.
We went across the street to Chili’s where we were promptly seated and had FOUR SERVERS wait on us during our lunch!

On December 26^th around 1 p.m. my family and I had dinner at TGIF Friday in San Bernardino we were met by a very nice hostess and a very nice waitress and the support staff is very good here. The food on the other hand has gone downhill in recent months. It’s become more expensive and the portions are still the same size and the food is salty and that doesn’t justify the price increase. My food was undercooked and my fries were way too salty. My wife ordered the flat bread which came out soggy instead of crisp. Sorry to say this will be the last time I attend this particular establishment.

Went in today to try to enjoy a good meal and spirits but unfortunately the hostess wouldn’t allow me to sit in an area that would be comfortable for me. It’s not like they had the place packed out anyways. Due to her not treating the customer pleasantly I left and decided to go across the street to Chili’s because I know for a fact they know how to treat their customers. TGIF San Bernardino will not be seeing my money in the near future. In all honesty I really enjoy the Fridays in Rancho Cucamonga the best.

My friend took me here and told me about the happy hour. I was a little bit skeptical, but it turned out really good. ½ off appetizers, and I was full from just one, which came out to $ 5! As soon as we walked it, we were greeted, and seated immediately. We put in our order, and the food came out so quickly, nice and hot. My friend suggested to get the wings with the Jack Daniel’s sauce. SO DELICIOUS. I’d definitely come again just for happy hour, and try some drinks. Appetizer price is good and you could also pay for your check at your table so you don’t have to wait for your check. There’s a cool option to split too!

Horrible horrible horrible. First there was empty tables in every section and long wait times with four hostesses. Our waitress had four tables and was overwhelmed. Empty plates sat on our table for a very long time. Where is the manager? It is poor leadership. While i was writing this review my wife found a white piece of plastic in her dessert. We asked to speak to the manager and were still waiting…

First: Meghane, our server was awesome! Friendly and attentive, just what I love! Didn’t have to wait for drink refills, (Iced Tea and Coke) she was on top of it for all of us. I have the Club sandwich, Fantastic! Lot’s of turkey, ham and bacon with ripe avocado… yummy! My wife and daughter shared a Cob salad and my grandson had a cheeses burger. Everything was great but Meghane made the food taste better because of her great service!

I did not enjoy my service here at all. We waited for about 30 mins before our appetizers came out. Our waitress wasn’t that attentive either I had to stop another waitress who didn’t even have the bar to ask her for a refill on water. Kinda sucks because this is one of my favorite restaurants. I don’t think I will return to this location unless I really have to. Hopefully if I do it won’t be like this experience

More than half of the restaurant was empty but it took them 20 minutes to seat us. The waitress was nice but was inattentive. Baked potato was burned and inedible. It tasted like it had been sitting under a warmer all day. The rest of the food was pretty good.

Why is it that I am such a fool for thinking this place will ever get any better? Service «meh». Not as attentive as I’d prefer. Doesn’t honor promotions like advertised on the website. (Happy Hour options). Drinks either tasted watered down or really cheap quality. Ordered the bacon wrapped jalapeño and boy was that terrible. Tasted like they had fake meat inside. I had to ask the girl what was in it. She herself didn’t even know what to say. Lets just say it didn’t look or taste very appetizing. The presentation was subpar. Looked like someone got hungry and ate half the bacon. Then wrapped it around the jalapeño. Ordered the wings and they were okay. Nothing special. Many empty tables and seats were available. Took us 20 mins to be seated. Then when we were seated we were told we cannot have happy hour in that area. (WHY WOULDN’T YOU TELL US PRIOR). Wasted 20 mins of my life because these people are just not paying attention. Probably never going to come back. Literally too many bad experiences. More bad than good. TGIF gotta step it up.

terrible service. try any other location. I came in for a casual dinner to share endless appetizers with my friend. We waited 45 min to even receive our second course after placing the order as soon as the first one was set down. after asking a manager she made it clear that it was not the servers fault because of the kitchen so she could not do anything for us. I am a server and understand most circumstances but a 45 minute wait is never necessary and the manager isn’t anymore helpful. food was dry and definitely not worth the wait. customer service is terrible try to avoid this location

I should have Unilocaled before I ate here it really is really bad. Asked for no onions… got them, asked for water no ice 3 times finally got water with ice and then… if I wanted microwaved food? I could have brought my yummy cooking from home and ate in break room. ZERO yumminess here.

Food: I always order Alfredo pasta, spinach dip, and potato wedges. Those three are my fav. TGIF has fattening yet delicious food. You can never have enough spinach dip. Definitely recommend TGIF on Friday night with group of friends. ⁴⁄₅

Food are fattening and greasy but it will make you full and satisfied. If you like loud music, dark, and intimate… this is a right place to hang out with group of friends.

You can tell a lot about a restaurant by the way their bathrooms look. All I can say is gross. It didn’t look like anyone had cleaned that restroom all day. Trash everywhere, floors beyond dirty and you can tell that nothing in their had ever gotten wiped down. So wait time was ok only five minutes. So why did it take ten minutes for a waitress? No silverware… Now on to the food, all I can say is wow. I am happy I ordered endless aps for 12 bucks because I would have been completely upset to pay full price for their food. Bruschetta was terrible bread tasted stale and burnt. Wings tasted like freezer. Potato skins were nothing but a grease ball. Mozzarella sticks tasted like freezer, thank goodness for the pot stickers.
Time wise we waited forever foe these aps and this place wasn’t even busy.
Bar tender saved this place. Their blackberry margaritas were delicious and they only took about 4 minutes to get to the table.
I do not see myself coming back here unless I was just having drinks. The food is definitely not worth the price or the wait …
