Starbucks

The employees are always very polite and my drink is always right. It’s pretty busy at times and when they get backed up the wait is understandable. Very clean!

This is a nice Starbucks in the area. It’s near a lot of food places in San Bernardino. It’s fairly decent sized on the inside. Sometimes it’s hard to find a spot to sit (mainly during lunchtime), but it’s other times there are seats available. There are a lot of outside seats since it’s in a plaza with Chipotle and Panera Bread. Unfortunately there’s no drive through or clover machine.

This location is close to LLUMC, so I’m assuming that’s why everyone walking in was greeted with a loud happy hello & specific name. Very clean area. Larger than other locations.
Fun atmospher, very pleasant employees and we’ll stocked in inventory of their pastries and refrigerated sandwitches.
Nothing worse than ordering a coffee and they’ve already run out of the goodies.

Ordered green tea frappucino with soy and NO whip-​cream. Got the drink WITH whip-​cream. When i told the lady named Vicky all she did just scrapped the whip-​cream to the trash. She gave the cup back to me with the residues melting allover my cup. no apology, and left. and the place is not busy at all. Now i know why. Always enjoy my drinks and the services from Starbucks everywhere, but this is the worse service i ever experienced. Extremely poor service!

I have been here a few times and most of the time everything went well. One time though our company had an order of about 10 drinks which we do every now and then, and they didn’t know how to make a zebra mocha. We told them how to make it, which all other locations know how to, then we find out they didn’t even make it at all. So I had to spend part of my lunch break going back to Starbucks just to get my drink. Other than that, they are warm and friendly here.

Now that they have a new store manager this store is a much better place to visit. Their staff is now happy and much more efficient. It is always clean and doesn’t have the lingering smell from garbage or random pastries being heated up that most drive through locations have.
This location specifically has a very high density of «coffee masters» which basically means they have gone through multiple courses and have earned their black aprons. To sum it up for the slower readers here, BLACK APRON = BETTER DRINKS.
The staff as previously mentioned is awesome. Tiffany, Party, Susan, London, Erin, Pai, and even Hailey (although she is a Kings fan) are amazing at what they do. If something is made incorrectly, which it rarely is, they make it right without the attitude that some other Starbucks in the area give you.
Vicky has done a great job adding her own touches to the merchandising with more hand written signs. These homey touches make it feel more like a local coffee shop and less like a juggernaut chain.

Solo horrible service they close at 830 not 9 o’clock, there was no creamer for my coffee at all, the Batista was just rude and looked annoyed taking my order.

The baristas have no idea what good customer service is. One barista was mad because I was asking questions about a product and told her co worker who ringed me up I had «no idea what [I’m] talking about». Well duh! that’s why I asked! My card was basically snatched out of my hand, and the first barista gave me dirty looks the whole time I was in there. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Go to the one on 2^nd street instead they are way more helpful and know what customer service is!

This place is amazing but when Vicky is not working. When Vicky is there her attitude sucks and is not friendly at all. She also insulted me by calling me thrifty. She is a horrible person and has no customer service. I love the service and attitude of London and Ledonna.

This Place is Horrible !!! My Hot Chocolate tasted as if it was made with tap water!!! whats the point of Hot Chocolate if it isnt even hot ??? && the cup wasnt even full …

The baristas here are super friendly, usually pretty fast and the drinks always come out very tasty! I work at Starbucks and can tell bad from good and this team is definitely good! I come in to study because it’s close to my house and next to chipotle and it may get crowded sometimes but there is seating outside. Only thing I dislike is the rather few electric sockets. I can only sit a few places inside to plug in my laptop and many times the spots are taken. Still doesn’t stop me from coming in though!

Service is fast and efficient. The baristas are always friendly. I will alway go back!

Ugh! Why the h@&#* did they sweeten my iced green tea?! NOT what I asked for. Totally ruined the drink. Pay attention so called «barista»! If I were diabetic, you would have killed me!

The baristas at this Starbucks are always nice and friendly. Always had a smile of their faces. This location does get crowded when students getting together to do homework, but there are seats outside for those who want to just hang and chill lol. Parking can be bleh during peak hours since this location is around restaurants and businesses.

This Starbucks is a cool place where most of the Art Institute of the Inland Empire students come and get a shot or two before a night class. The Barista’s are super amazing (especially between 4−6pm). When I ordered off the Secret Menu and got a Snickers Frap, I got a bit of extra toppings :). I am a regular here during the school week. Throughout all of the seasons, whether it be a hot or a cold drink.

No Drive Thru? Then… this Starbuck sucks! Kidding.

I HATE getting out of my car on my way to work to get coffee. WAH!!! (insert cry face).
Slow slow slow but drinks are always made great so there you go.

I love this Starbucks! I go here to study or meet up with friends all the time. They have a lot of tables and seating here and all the baristas have been awesome. I have never had a bad experience!

This is the closest Starbucks to my job, and ALWAYS takes forever to make my drink (busy or not).
They don’t have enough baristas. But of course I have a Starbucks addiction .As long as I get my fix — I’m good

Service at this particular Starbucks is okay. Nothing out of the ordinary. Although I do wish they would do something about the WIFI signal as it tends to be weak here, and reception for T-​mobile in this area really sucks.
