This place is so slow coming to appts that they set up I had an in home appt at 3:00pm it is now 5:00pm and still no one showed up they need to show some courtesy and at least call me if they are going to be late I wasted a whole afternoon waiting for these people very very poor customer service

They overcharge for the 20% copay and lie about the cost. Told me that my Cpap mask was at the front desk. Charged me the copay then said the mask was out of stock.
I don’t trust this organization. I feel they are taking advantage of senior citizens.

Worst customer service ever! I had to work with them for a year to get them to send data from my Cpap machine to my insurance carrier for an authorization. I had to do it over again recently, and all they had to do was send in the data they already have, and they can’t or won’t do it. They keep blaming someone else. I got transferred 5 times in one phone call and still no luck.
