My 82 year old grandmother developed foot problems, her primary care physician prescribed for her Orthotic shoes, which medical paid for, but her feet continued to get worse and she was sent to Dr. O Reily, who immediately prescribed for her new Orthotic Shoes, We were reading the medicare book so we knew that they only paid for 1 Orthotic shoes per year, so we told them we already received Orthotic shoes, My grandmother is on fixed income we cant accept them unless medical pays the nurse said oh no worries they will pay, Well 2 weeks later they send a bill in the mail for $ 497 dollars, the little black shoes were $ 100 the gel inserts were $ 200 and other expenses like measurement and customization, we went in immediately and complained and tried to return the shoes but they said not returnable and they told us they would take care of it with medicare, well another 2 weeks went by and they sent the bill to collections. Had an excellent experience with Dr. O’Reilly a few weeks ago. I made an appointment as an uninsured patient(paying with cash). The doctor looked at my condition, heard about my troubles obtaining proper treatment abroad, expressed his condolences at my having suffered through a painful and obsolete procedure earlier this year(performed abroad), then he refunded the fee for my office visit! He didn’t have any advice that I hadn’t heard 10x already and he knew this. We’re going to wait 2 – 3 months and if I still have trouble, I’ll definitely go back to see him. 10⁄10 — would recommend to a friend.

I am seeing Dr. O’Reilly for a foot problem. He is caring and very professional. He started treatment promptly and I have had relief in a relatively short period of time. I am still under treatment. His staff is courteous and professional. Short wait time before being seen. I have an HMO and have had no problem! I would recommend Dr. O’Reilly to everyone, wonderful experience!

wait time was really short, and staff is very friendly. My problem(plantar faciitis) was diagnosed quickly, and a care regimen explained and implemented right away. I felt like they knew just what I needed, and were confidant that I would be healed soon, which was comforting. Preventive care(as this condition can be chronic) was also discussed, and will be more thoroughly explained as the end of treatment approaches. Very happy so far. Already getting relief, and that’s HUGE.

This Doctor was FABULOUS — he was friendly, direct and very helpful … I’m 70 years young and had never been to a foot doctor even though I’ve had diabetes for 36 years. My daughter and wife have gone to him and LOVED him … His staff was polite and very efficient and the wait for the doctor was quick and pleasant(didn’t have to wait long at all!). Doctor was very respectful, positive, understanding and informative Doctor even informed me on how I could get shoes and inserts for my feet at very little cost and would contact our insurance carrier for us. I’ve been a business man self-employed in this town over 26 years and I’m proud to see someone in our community who is willing to be self-employed and be dedicated to the public like Dr. Kevin D O’Reilly! Nice to experience such dedication and commitment … THANKYOU doctor for caring about me today and giving me such a positive outlook. Duane Goldsworthy
