Would sincerely give 0 starts if allowed to accurately reflect the lack of quality this program provides. Employee turnover is high as the do not support ethical treatment of patients or staff. The bottom dollar is the only concern and patient care is greatly affected due to this. They have staff performing jobs they are not licensed to and turn a blind eye when concerns are brought forth. I would steer clear of this program and corporation as your loved ones health and wellness are not their priority. The directors are good at talking a game to make you believe what they want … BEWARE !!

You’re not going to believe your eyes. Plunk down in the middle of San Bernardino is an all-​inclusive care program for seniors over age 55. I took mom for a tour and she was thoroughly impressed. The facilities are brand new and include medical offices, dental offices, physical and occupational therapy, and the kicker is their day program with fun social activities.
Their wrap-​around services aim to keep seniors out of nursing homes and keep them in their home through community-​based care and services. The best part, Mediare and MediCal pick up the bill. Mom won’t have to pay for it. And they’ll pick mom up from her house in their brand new buses and take her to the day program and her medical appointments. Now I don’t have to take time off of work to take her to the doctor. They’ll even send healthcare providers to her home. Wow.
This PACE Program is a national program that’s been up and running across the country. It’s new in the Inland Empire and thank goodness because mom could use a friendly bunch of folks to coordinate all her healthcare needs. Thanks for taking care of mom, InnoVage.
