I am a criminal defense attorney and trial lawyer located in San Bernardino and serving the Inland Empire. I have a tremendous record of success. I limit my practice to serious felonies and have tried over 100 of these cases. I believe that it is my duty as a criminal defense lawyer to make certain that my clients receive the best defense possible under the circumstances. I will zealously represent you.

I am also a community activist that works hard to improve the lives of everyone in San Bernardino and the Inland Empire.

My higher education began by receiving my B.A. in Pyschology in 1970 from Cal State University San Bernardino. I received a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of La Verne School of Law in 1978. While in law school, I was the Editor in Chief of Law Review. This is a prestigious position awarded to students with the highest academic achievements, and who have worked on the prior years’ law reviews. I have practiced law since 1979 in my hometown of San Bernardino.

I received numerous achievements and awards for my work in the community. I have been a member of the Board of Directors of Cedar House Life Change Center for the past fourteen years. I am a participant in the community event, Eat & Be Well, where we serve underprivileged families a Thanksgiving meal.

I have trained with Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyer’s College for the past fourteen years.

Recently, I was nominated as one of «The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Trial Lawyers.»
