I have to say it was a pleasure to have Raquel as my event coordinator and her husband Ralph as my DJ and MC. Raquel did a beautiful job of attending me and husband and guest needs she was above and beyond helpful. AMAZING, Ralph had my guest turn up through the night on top of that there photo booth and lighting service & monogram was stunning my guest and FAM had so much taking pictures. My wedding was a dream come true and I’m so glad I had Raquel and Ralph event productions by my side. If you’re looking event or wedding coordinator or DJ/​MC services look no more they are AMAZING.

Just what I was looking for! I needed a day planner and I thought of Ralph, who MCs a lot of professional events I’ve been to, I remembered that his wife is a planner/​coordinator so I checked into it. They were reasonable priced, were easy to work with, and great people overall. Raquel and I have similar personalities so I knew she would handle and pick up the pieces I’ve missed. I was so right. We had an amazing time and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Towards the end there were so loose ends because I was so busy with work but Raquel was easy going right up to the last minute. Who needs someone who is going to stress you out? Everything was seamless.

These guys know exactly what they are doing when it comes to events! I hired them for a wedding & they went above & beyond what I was expecting! Any questions you have about any event your planning, they have you covered! I would highly recommend them & will only go with them for all my future events! Thanks guys you rock!!!

I was faced with the daunting task of putting on my own wedding together. It is as complicated as you can imagine, I decided to get help… I phoned EXECUTIVE EVENT PRODUCTIONS and found the support that I was looking for in Ralp and Raquel. They suited up, stepped to the plate, always had my back and hit run after run for an unimaginable win. From the first call, the contract, the negotiations, I was met with ease and grace. 6 months of calls (some more frantic than others) and I always felt understood, partnership in making things work and heard yes after yes.
The wedding went without a hitch –with all the moving parts — it spun and whirred as I had envisioned.

You will never know what brilliant joy you have given me in a truly difficult situation and a sea of complex challenges. The Alonzo & Garcia’s wedding was a blistering success!

Hands down an AWESOME company to work with. They are GREAT at what they do, the are, PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT (actually, always early) and their ATTENTION to DETAIL is FLAWLESS.
