I highly recommend Chris’ Quality Pool Repair and Service. My pool and spa was originally put in by the previous owners, and it was terrible. I had a few estimates and Dean’s was right in line with the others. The spa spillway was only 6″ and had cracks and was rusting through, there were also rust spots and chipping in my pool plaster. I needed to have the spa wall built out and my pool re-​plastered. Dean had some really good ideas, he built out the spa spillway, and also built out the step inside the pool to make a seating area for chairs and an umbrella, which I love. He was also able to find tile that very closely matched the tile on this 10 year old pool, which was put on the spa and spillway. His crew was very professional and well trained in their workmanship. I was very impressed that after each day of work, they cleaned up the area, not leaving the dust or debris created from chipping out the entire pool/​spa. They really cared about doing a good job and made sure I was happy with the job. Dean, his wife Hailey and his crew were very receptive to any questions I had, and they promptly returned any phone calls I made to them. I told Dean I hated my pool because of the condition it was in, I’ve only used it 3 times since I moved in a couple of years ago. He told me I’d love it after he was finished, and he was right. It is now beautiful to look at and I cannot wait to use it. I am so happy I chose this company.

Dean and his crew were awesome. They were communicative, efficient, and generally nice guys. I actually went into labor with my second child about halfway through the project. They called off work for the day and cleared out all their equipment so we could leave our dogs in the yard. And our pool looks fantastic!

Just moved in to a new home and our pool was a disaster. We called to get an estimate on cleaning the tiles on our pool and they picked up right away. I spoke with Haley and she was super professional. Her husband came out and cleaned our tiles and it looks brand new. We are so so happy. Thank you so much for the professional service. They are local and family owned. Huge plus.

I realize everyone is busy but not only are these people difficult to get ahold of they do not return calls or show up for scheduled appointments. Very poor way to do business.

My pool was a rusting mess that was doomed from the get go, because of the way it was constructed. In an effort to keep this short enough it will be read, but, long enough to make my point here we go. I was fortunate enough to meet Dean in my quest to get the pool repaired. He inspected my pool, and offered me a way to end my problems once and for all. I agreed to let him, (even though my trust in the pool industry was shaky at best), it turned out to be the best decision I have made since moving to California. I honestly thought there were no credible pool people out here, too easy to blame someone else. Dean is a man of the highest ethical standard I believe you can find. This company TRULY !!, wants to do a good job and satisfy the Clients. Dean told me, I like to pay it forward, you do right by people and good things come back. I thought, yeah right, but, he really does believe this, and am I glad he does. My pool is nothing short of amazing now. My wife and I really never got to enjoy our pool, it just was heartbreaking to see what was happening. Dean worked with us, he really helped us to understand what needed to be done, and then… he did it. I could go on and on, it has been such a blessing to have Dean come into our lives and be such a man of integrity, this encounter literally brought us to tears. Thanks Dean so much, you are amazing!!!

My jacuzzi border tile was cracking and water was leaking onto the patio. The ledge was also cracking. Earthquake damage? Nope. Dean came out and quickly assessed that the queen Palm next to my pool was doing the damage and had to go. He referred me to a excellent arborist who removed the palm with no problem. And Dean and his crew patched the cracks with matching concrete and retiled the border with nice blue tile he had in stock. All for a reasonable cost. They will give you the highest quality and best craftsmanship at the first quote but if you talk through your needs they will meet you where you are.

I had been trying to decide whether to remodel my pool for about a year. It desperately needed it, but I wasn’t ready to spend the money. Once I decided to move forward, I got a couple of quotes from some local companies. As I feared, the price was really steep. Then my friend who is in the pool cleaning business recommended Chris’ Quality Pool Service. They came out and gave me a quote that was quite a bit less than the other quotes I received. I decided to go with them and I wasn’t disappointed. They turned my swamp into a gorgeous new pool. They made the rock fixtures around my pool actually look like real rocks and put a beautiful Tahoe mini pebble to replace the old plaster. The pool looks like it was carved right out of the landscape behind my house.
Not only does the pool look great, but the whole process was stress free. The workers were there when they said they would be and Dean did not ask for any money up front. All in all, it was a great experience. I would highly recommend this company for your pool remodel.

I called to see if they could repair my above ground spa and they said they don’t work on them but gave me info on where to find people that work on them

Pool Replaster/​Tiling. Exceeded expectations. They were here when they said they would be and did what they said they would do. Got the job done quickly. Offered valuable suggestions which saved us from any errors in the process. Noticed them always going above and beyond in the process. It’s obvious they are very high quality and take their work seriously. Reasonably priced! We will definitely be using them for pool service as well.

I had my pool replastered with new tile, added a swim step and added new equipment and my pool has never looked or operated better! I’m very pleased with the service, the timeliness and the overall professionalism of Chris’s Quality Pool. I would recommend them to everyone!

Well good pricing and not so good communications. I needed my tile cleaned and repaired plus some cement between the bull nose fixed. They were recommended by my neighbor who had some bull nose fixed like I needed.
They cam by and seemed very nice. The gentleman recommended not just a cleaning but replacing the tiles on the front of my spa that I always had a problem with. So that was going to be almost $ 1000 for everything. So I thought the price was real good for the amount of work so we agreed to have it done.
Seems the night before the pool was to be repaired they came to my door with a pump to drain my pool. I said we were not told that but were reasonable once he explained it was needed. They placed the pump in the pool and hooked up the hoses and left.
All seemed fine and the pool was draining. Later that night at about 2AM or so, I heard a god awful sound. Seems the pump was not setup right and fell over. I had to go out and shut it off in the middle of the night. Seems it was not setup right.
So he came with a helper the next day. The helper was this great tile guy who happened to have a case of tile matching my pool tile. So he did the tile and the other guy did the pool cleaning and helped the tile guy at times. They did a great job doing the tile and pool. The problem I have is that he failed to do the bull nose which I agreed too to postpone to a later date.
Well I never heard anything after the agreed too time. So we called and made a date for ⁶⁄₂₂. That came and went. We called no replied. We called 3 times no replies. It pains me to write this review when a little follow up and follow thorough would have made this 5 stars. Sad.
