Carpet Masters is a family owned and operated business serving the Inland Empire for over 55 years. We specialize in carpet cleaning and furniture cleaning. Fine furniture and Oriental rugs can be brought into our modern plant where they can be wet or dry cleaned. If your fine furniture is in need of rejuvenation, reupholstering is another specialty we have. We offer FREE pick-​up and delivery and we also provide FREE estimates. New carpet is another service we provide here. In the event of a flood, our workers are experienced and our water extraction units are the best that can be purchased. Drapery cleaning and sales is another specialty we have been performing for the last 55 years. Here at Carpet Masters, we believe in quality, great customer service and the master craftsmanship you deserve.

Hello and thank you for your interest in my company, Carpet Masters. My name is Dick Stephens. I went into the carpet cleaning business at the young age of 21. At that time, I was my only employee. The first employee I hired was an upholsterer, so I could now expand my business professions and reach more homes in the Inland Empire. My next step was to build an 8000 square foot cleaning plant. At the plant, I could bring in furniture, Oriental rugs and drapes for cleaning and put them into my temperature controlled room for drying. Carpet sales is another service I added years ago. Recently, we noticed the new demand for tile and grout cleaning and re-​sealing, so I expanded once more. Our employees are highly trained, provide excellent customer service and have been here for at least 10 years each so they certainly have plenty of experience. We would love to have you as our newest long time customer!

My name is Dick Stephens. I was born here in Loma Linda and I have lived in San Bernardino my whole life. I was Captain of the football team at San Bernardino High School and I sang in the chior. I also had my first job while I attended High School and have been working since. My first job was in a market, from there I ran a laundry service and then worked for Welch Overall Service. I left there and opened Carpet Masters when I was 21 years old. I got married and had 2 wonderful children, a boy and a girl. My son worked here for years as did my grand daughter and my grandson still works here. I am very happy to say I have a successful family business that I hope to pass to my children and grandchildren when I decide to retire.
