So I have came here a few times for oil changes and overall was satisfied. However, the poor review is due to the fact that the last visit was not so pleasant. The technician left oil hand prints all over my hood, bumper, door handle, and steering wheel. When topping my fluids, he didn’t seem to have confidence in choosing the correct fluids and that made me very nervous. He also forgot the oil rag laying on top of my engine!!! I almost drove off with it which would have most certainly led to a fire! I mentioned this to the owner and he was apologetic… I don’t see myself coming back here anytime soon. :/

We were traveling in the area, hit a giant pothole, and bent my front passenger’s side rim pretty badly. We took it to Carlos’ on a Sunday and even though he was listed as closed he was extremely helpful and friendly. He fixed our problem immediately without any up-​selling, and we were happily on our way in less than an hour. He is competent, efficient, and runs a great business. I highly recommend this place.

Carlos is awesome. They have great prices and are friendly. They do more work than just tires. They are my number 1 repair shop. They do great work and they’re fast.
