My real estate experience originated during my childhood, as I accompanied my parents to bid on homes, renovate them, then prepare them for rent or sale. When I earned my first dollar as a member of the U.S. Army, I began buying and selling homes, and over the years, my wife and I have purchased and sold many homes as part of our real estate investing business. This past year, I decided to obtain my license, as we realized that real estate has been a consistent part of my life since childhood, and it was time to offer our real estate knowledge and experience to others. When working with clients, my philosophy is very simple. Follow the Golden Rule, mix in speed and aggressiveness, and utilize my understanding of the market to give my clients the best possible opportunity to purchase or sell their home. In this Texas market, homes are selling faster than ever, and it’s critical for Realtors to understand the unique dynamics of the market.
