I love this place! They gave me a beautiful perfect set of natural color almond nails. It was exactly what I asked for. They had to remove a really bad set of acrylics that I received from Two Sisters Salon and they did it so gently abd thoroughly. My daughter and I are definitely loyal customers now.

I got my (solar) nails done almost two weeks ago at VIP nails for the first time. I waited to write a review to tell y’all if my nails were chipped or wearing off, etc. Well, I’m happy to report that I’m still happy with my nails and I am definitely going back. They greeted me right away, offered me something to drink and took care of me as painless as possible. They were a little hard to understand but that didn’t really bother me. My nails still look great. The ambiance is not the greatest either but I care more about good service.

I love my nails and the service I get at VIP is the best. The price point is awesome especially because the quality is exceptional. My nails always last and I am hard on nails, I also type a lot yet they don’t chip or get marks. I have always had wonderful experiences each time I am there. Thank you VIP nails.

Amazing service! Anyone who comes here will not be disappointed. I had a pedicure a manicure and a wax and they were all professional polite my experience there was awesome. Quinn did an amazing job on my nail art. This is now my official nail salon

Just finished getting my nails done here in order to fix what DaVi did and I am very unhappy. My hopes were very high and I was let down, I asked for a fill in and the same design I walked in with (easy design) and once again no one pushed back my cuticle or cut the dry skin around my nails so my fingers look horrible. Also ONCE AGAIN I got cut when they use the nail drill and ONCE AGAIN I was bleeding and they just kept working and applying acetone and buffing away mean while I’m in pain fighting tears. The design is VERY VERY sloppy and uneven. I will have to remove this and apply my own nail polish. I guess there aren’t any good nail salons in San Antonio :(. On the other hand everyone else in the salon was getting a regular manicure with no design and theirs looked nice. So I guess acrylic and designs are their forte.

Went to VIP Sunday after my horrible experience at DaVi nails… Boy was I impressed! I went to Z and she made my nails whole again! Literally! They were so thin, out of shape and grown out (after a week and a half) that she had to work magic! She did an excellent job with not only the nails but the customer service! The thing that sealed the deal for me is the fact that they have a rewards program! Will be going there whenever I’m back in SA!!!

VIP Nails is the ONLY place I’ll go to get my Shellac Mani/​Pedi. They have such an array of colors to choose and are always available to make suggestions if you need them. My nails always look great after I go and like a previous commenter said, it lasts forever. The staff is so friendly and after a few trips will begin to call you by name. I also love that they can accommodate groups.

My go to spot for mani/pedi’s. I usually get the gel polish on my hands and feet and it always looks great and lasts FOREVER! My only suggestion is try going on a weekday morning because they seem to be less busy (for obvious reasons) and they really take their time. I recently went on a Friday afternoon and it was PACKED and while they did a wonderful job I noticed they finished my pedicure much faster then when I have gone during less busy times.

Love this place!!! I’ve been looking for a good nail salon for over a year. I came here last month and am back again. I found my new spot. Amy is amazing!!!
