I took my iPhone 6 Plus for a diagnostic they quickly identified the problem and told me to comeback in 1 hour to pick up the phone. I returned in 1 hour and it was as good as new. Overall, fast, friendly, professional service. I would recommend to a friend.

I called at 10 this morning, explained my problem of broken screen. They checked to make sure they had it in stock which they did. They quoted me a price and the phone works like new. Told me it will be ready in 2 hours, which it was. I am very pleased. Will use them again.

Everything went well with my iPad mini cracked glass. They are a little pricy but they have a 90 day warranty. The others did not. They delivered on time and when I called to say I was running late, they said they would be open until 7:15!

Worst customer service experience ever. I needed the glass of my iPhone replaced and called in the morning to see how long the repair would take and if they had the part in stock. Spoke to Victor who informed me that a colleague had just left to pick up some parts and that they could repair it in an hour. I called back in the afternoon to confirm they had the part in stock now. I spoke with Victor again who assured me they had the correct part now. I told him I would see him in an hour to drop off my phone. When I arrived I was told they now did not have the part I needed. Everyone seemed a bit confused there. Apparently, they had only had 1 glass for my type of phone and had installed it on someone else’s phone already. When I was finally able to speak with Victor, his response was «I went out to lunch.» When I explained it would’ve been nice if he had told me that there was only 1 glass part in stock and they could not hold it, or he could have told his colleagues someone was coming in have it installed, he was silent, didn’t make eye contact and went into the back room to hide without a response. I will never come back to this business again. I would rather spend my hard earned dollars anywhere else and I recommend others do the same.

Great experience. They made my phone look new in under an hour. My screen was shattered and now is perfect.

I dropped my Galaxy S5 off to get its broken glass replaced, and it was delayed by a day. 2 days and $ 140 later, I get my phone back with a dim spot in the screen, and a broken multitasking key. 2 weeks later, and now it won’t charge. I would rather have my shattered glass back than not be able to charge the phone.
EDIT: They have fixed all of those problems.

Great place, had it completed the same day. Very reasonable… Extremely nice! I dropped my phone and shattered my glass. I also picked up a great case while I was in there.

I went in there looking for data recovery from my USB drive… The contacts had broken. Soldering is not something everyone has tools for, and they could not guarantee data would even be retrievable, but they had no reservations in the attempt.
Soldering was perfect, contacts were repaired where they would reach. They attempted to retrieve the data, and nothing came off a laptop or desktop they tested on.
There was no charge, easily could have been $ 20 or more.
I was a little more physical with the drive on my own laptop, and data was retrievable. It would not have been so without the soldering.
The forwarded me to SmartPhone Forensics (210) 263‑7595 off Blanco Rd, it wasn’t needed due to my success with it, however if that company is partnered with them, they are also worth mentioning

took my playstation in to get repaired because their website says they can do ps 3 repairs. was told I would get a call when it was ready in 4 days. 2 weeks later I called and they said they could not repair it, that they had tried and it wasn’t fixable. got mm y ps3 back and d it had never even been taken apart. after learning how to repair it myself on the Internet, I was able to repair it on my own and it is now working fine. total scam. do not go here.

Very nice people. They fixed my broken glass. In 4 days, a hairline crack appeared and the phone had not been banged or dropped. They wanted to charge me $ 129 to redo it, and I had just paid them $ 89. Very obvious something they did was wrong.

after two defective replacement parts and waiting two weeks for a simple cracked screen they, suggest i travel 14 miles to the alamo heights store if i didn’t want to wait a third week. It felt like their first attempt was a cheap and lazy and rushed. There customer service was excellent

I took in my Samsung Galaxy S4. I had dropped it hard & broken the LCD screen and digitizer. I had ordered replacement parts online and attempted to repair the phone myself, but couldn’t get the new screen to power up. Finally, in desparation, took it to the Stone Oak location to see if they could tell me whether the problem was that I got a defective new screen or if I had somehow messed up the repair. Within 10 minutes the tech let me know I had hooked the screen up wrong, fixed it and had me on my way. I thought the $ 20 they charged was reasonable considering they fixed something that had been confounding me for days.

My experience here was wonderful. I thought there was no hope for my phone after dropping it in the pool. I had none of my photos backed up and I came across this place and hoped that they could help me. Well needless to say, not only did they fix my phone but they were kind enough to back up all my photos on a flash drive for me! I am very pleased with their customer service and their affordable prices!

Stopped in after cracking the glass on the top part of my iPad. The girl at the front was not able to answer very basic questions such as «where do you get your parts?» And wouldn’t even quote me a price until I gave her my name.
I did and then she assumptively continued asking me all the intake information. She then quoted me 161 to fix. But they would have to order the part. I asked how long and she said 3 – 5 business days. I said great let me know when you guys have it in and I will bring it in for repair. She looked dumbfounded and then told me that I would have to pay in advance. Then a gentleman came out from the back who was listening and said he would overnight the part and have it there by Monday or Tuesday. I was slightly confused as I was about to walk out with my broken iPad with no work done yet and pay for the parts and labor beforehand? I told her I didn’t do business that way and politely excused myself.
I came to find out after calling the Alamo Heights location that this location was a different FRANCHISE and that if I took my 800 dollar tablet to them instead they would do the work before expecting payment in full s that I could view the work before paying. However they had their own problems. Posting my review of their work soon.

Came in to fix my girlfriends HTC HD7 windows phone. She shattered her screen. It only took about an hour and it was at a very reasonable price. Also while we waited in the waiting room, a pug came out to keep us company, so that was fun.

Took my play station in to get fixed two weeks ago. I called for an update and was told they couldn’t fix it. Ok, they could have let me know a lot sooner. They said it wasn’t repairable. They didn’t recommend I take it to their other locations. On my own I took it to the Blanco location and guess what, they fixed it that same day!

Came in to repair my Galaxy sIII and was really disappointed with the end result. I dropped my phone and took it in to get it repaired. At first they said all that needed to be replaced was the LCD. I paid the $ 224 amount and was off. I was really happy that I had my phone so soon. Later on that day I started to notice the speaker was protruding out of the front of the phone, also the front facing camera did not work at all. I took it in to get repaired and they said they needed to replace the camera; however, after more prodding they realized that it just wasn’t put back in right. The sound also gave out. There was no sound coming out of my speaker. Callers couldn’t hear me, I couldn’t hear them, speaker didn’t work, headphone jack didn’t work at all either. They told me there was nothing they could do. So I ended up needing to send it to the manufacturer anyway. Instead of being convenient, it was just a money pit. Just got off the phone with Samsung. The only problem was the LCD and the way it was installed. The one thing they said they could «fix» wasn’t even done right.

Missed their quoted delivery time by more than 2 weeks. Poor customer service. Spend your money somewhere else! They did refund my money without argument though.

Worst customer service ever! We went in to get my husbands iphone5 screen repaired. The manger told us to get there at 10am the next day (which we did) and nobody showed up to help us till noon. When we got the phone back around 2, 10 min later it is was glitching. We took it back and they told us we had to wait ANOTHER HOUR, because he had to take «lunch» when he had just gotten to work at noon. After this whole ordeal; they would NOT give us a discount or our money back. From 10am till 4pm we waited for them to fix the problem THEY created. They do not deserve anyone’s business.
