Staff super friendly new design what I like is to have elevators which makes it easier to live on the 3rd floor facilities are new gym is 24 hours the pool is big and beautiful I really fell in love with this place, Great location, excellent workstaff, affordable rents lots of good places to eat nearby I-​10 super nice area where to live :)

Just came to see the floor plans and loved it! Great move in specials and a very friendly staff! They have great floor plans and amenities and a nice gym and beautiful pool. I would reccomenf it if you’re looking for a more upscale lifestyle

Unfortunately, I did not have the same excellent experience as others who posted. I sent my other to check this place out, due to the hype. First question asked was budget. His response around $ 1200. No Min. Or Max. Mentioned. Amy responded with a condescending attitude, saying «we have nothing in that price range.» Okay?!? One question shouldn’t be the foundation of someone’s finances. We’re both in the medical field. Just because one has money, doesn’t mean we want to spend it on something that has no return. Upon hearing about the apartment, my other felt the apartments looked cheap and were a knock off of Ventura ridge. Granite countertops couldn’t save the visit. Hopefully, she will get a better attitude.

Moved in 2 weeks ago and so happy with my choice. These apartments are amazing and top of the line modern design. Perfectly located near everything. I can’t say enough about the staff here. I moved here from out of state and they were so accommodating to my schedule and help in any way they could to make the move easier on me. If you’re looking for a great place to live, top of the line amenities, wonderful and friendly neighbors, a spectacular staff… this is the place to be!!!
