Dealt with four companies this year and trinity was by far the best. Heidi Nereson got the job done right and on time. I’m defiantly calling her for my next investment property.

Forgive me for a long-​winded review, but I think in order to give readers a proper understanding of the excellent I received from Trinity gave us, proper context is necessary.
My wife and I had decided to sell our house in order to cash in on the equity and pay off some debts we had accrued. Because I had a lot of debt, I wasn’t sure my credit was good enough to get a decent rate on a new mortgage, so we were considering renting once we moved out of our old house. On a whim, I contacted Trinity to explore the possibility of a new home purchase.
I spoke to Heidi and told her our situation. After taking a look at my credit, she assured me we could secure a good rate, AND she also let me know that we could increase our buying power (i.e. afford a more expensive house) if we agreed to pay off certain debts at closing (using some of the cash we received when closing on our old house). I wasn’t aware that this was an option, so this came as a pleasant surprise. Because of this approach, we were able to afford the house we are in now (which we absolutely love).
Throughout the whole process, Heidi was extremely responsive to my calls and emails. It seems like she was always available to take my calls. I probably only left a few voicemails in the whole time we worked with Heidi (which was the span of a few months), and I was calling her almost every day. Sometimes I called just to bounce ideas off of her, and she always made time to consult with me and give me excellent advice. She really knows her business, and she’s very thorough, but at the same time, she’s quick and efficient. At all times, I felt total confidence in her ability to guide us through our home purchase. I can say without hesitation that you are in good hands with Heidi and the Trinity team, and I would enthusiastically recommend Trinity to friends and relatives.
