Mike Jimenez and his crew do a great job! Mike will come to your home and give you an estimate, so you know what to expect. His crew is professional and fast and prices are good. Mike is a professional arborist, so don’t trust the work around your home to some guy who figured out when brush collection is in your neighborhood and slapped a magnetic sign on his truck.
Another point, Mike at Tree Service of San Antonio owns his own wood chipper truck, so they take care of the brush right on site. No negotiating about extra costs to take brush to an off site brush collection location.
Mike’s crews always seem to give me a little extra for my money and I like that.

I can’t say enough good things about Mike Jimenez and his crew. When we called for him to look at a decaying pecan tree in our front yard, he came over quickly, quoted us a very fair price and came when we promised he would. A couple of hours in the evening and a few more the following morning and they had taken down the tree. When we saw the condition of the logs, my wife and I realized he had helped us avert a disaster, because a really strong storm could have sent huge branches on top of our house or the neighboring house that would have caused significant damage. We have another pecan tree in our back yard that could use a good pruning. We will call him again soon.

I recently purchased a home in San Antonio. I had a large Live Oak in the front of the house that had to be removed due to being too close the the foundation and it was causing problems. As much as I love trees it just had to be done. I reached out to Mike and he accepted the job and had his guys come out. They were very courteous and did the job in one day. The clean up was amazing and were curteous to the neighbors that had questions, which I was very thankful for seeing as I was just moving into the neighborhood. Overall I give them a 10 and since my job I have referred him to one of my new neighbors and he has completed their job as well. Thanks for the good job Mike.

Mike Jimenez IS the Tree Expert in San Antonio. An Arborist for years, his love for what he does and for his customer is evident. His bid far surpassed the others that I contacted and his reviews speak for themselves. His price was fair, his interaction with me personable and his professionalism beyond reproach. His team started on time and finished in a timely fashion. After trimming 4 large trees the clean up was magnificent. Mike, I can’t thank you and your crew enough. You ARE the man, good Sir. Mike and his crew did a great job at my house yesterday pruning and shaping a 100 year old Live Oak tree. It was almost totally covered in Ball Moss and looking very sad. In addition. There were many branches that crossed over each other. He and his crew showed up and got to work! He has great employees and a hydraulic rig so they were able to get even the very top branches. His rates are reasonable too! I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional arborist.

Fantastic service! Mike provided a comprehensive estimate of the services we needed for our half-​dozen live oaks and crape myrtles. His crew showed up on time and finished on time (to the minute). They did a great job!
