The selection in this store is great, no argument with that. Toys for days. My review is based merely on customer service. My daughter and I went in the store today with things in mind that we were seeking. We looked around for over 30 minutes and both employees did not offer to help us at all. In fact, they whisked away every time I tried to get their attention. (Only two other customers in the store by the way) Finally, I tracked one down and told him about a game we were looking for (a card game to be used as an icebreaker to go out with new friends for dinner). He said he would ask the other man (who was now in back opening boxes) and get back to me. He went towards the back and we waited in the game section for 15 minutes and no one ever came! We finally gave up and decided to check out with what we had. When I walked up to the counter he said, «sorry, I never got a chance to ask about that card game you were looking for.» Long pause… other guy still opening boxes right behind him, clearly hearing us. I told him I tried looking online but had no luck since my cell service was too slow. He said, «oh, sorry, bummer». Ummmm, yeah.

They have just about anything you’d need. The employees are very nice and knowledgeable. They have everything from babies to adults and indie games. You could get some stuff cheaper on Amazon if you have Prime but I really like supporting these guys. They could stand to clean, stock, and repair the bathroom… its pretty gross. Keep up the good work.

We LOVE this store! They have «real» toys that you just can’t find at a normal toy store. Plus, they have many classic toys, science kits, all kinds of different building sets, and our favorite Playmobile. My children love that Toy Werks sets out many of their toys so the kids can actually play with them. I’ve always received great customer service here, including free gift wrapping. The employees have willingly spent time searching for specific toys and sets for me. They are happy to help my kids with their purchases and waited patiently while they’ve counted out their money. All in all, this is our favorite toy store. A great experience every time we’ve been there.

Awesome toy store for babies all the way up to adults– I could do all of my birthday and holiday shopping here, and that’s including all the shopping I do for myself. There’s literally nothing I can think of that should be here that isn’t.
Stuffed animals and dress-​up supplies, kid-​size kitchen stuff to play house with, every Little Golden Book and Dr. Seuss story you’ve ever seen available in hardback, and educational toys up the ying-​yang.
And I’m not done with my list! There’s stick ponies, dinosaurs, a wall full of baby dolls, puzzles, math games, and build-​it-​yourself playhouse sets too: had half of these toys been around when I was growing up, I never would have gone outside. At least not without their enviable heap of athletic toys: bouncy balls, hopscotch chalk, jump ropes, and even indoor bowling setups.

Fantastic place! They have everything from educational, classic, to newest toys and trends. They even have complimentary gift wrapping! Convenient place to shop for gifts, plan on at least an hour to see it all, it’s a large toy store so much to choose from! Friendly staff too! Oh, & they have the coolest puppets and costumes for kids! Great place!

For kids of every age, including bigs kids who drive and pay taxes. This is a beautiful, clean and well stocked toy store, I have no idea how the prices compare to Amazon and to be honest it doesn’t matter. My daughter and I have never had more fun together, hands down. Very friendly folks in charge, helpful, kind and knowledgable. We will be making this toy story a regular stop!

Wow! This must be how small children envision Heaven! Not only do they have a great selection, they are super helpful! I was in search of some fun activity books, travel games, etc. for a road trip kit. I don’t have kids so I was a little unsure how to proceed. The woman working that day was so incredibly helpful! She was knowledgeable about each of the brands and offered some excellent suggestions. The prices were fair and the toys, books, craft supplies, etc. all seemed to be of good quality. The really cool thing was that they didn’t just have plain old toys. Most of the selection offered some type of educational benefit beyond simply being a fun toy. Every little bit helps if you’re aiming to raise a big brained genius!

If you don’t have a child (like me), shopping for kids sucks. Inevitably, all the things that I think are cool aren’t «safe for kids» or are «inappropriate.»
One of the reasons I love Toy Zone is that the people there are so very friendly and helpful — I can walk in, tell them the age of the child I’m shopping for, and they lead me to the correct section in the store for that age range. Ultimately, what I end up with is something that I still think is awesome (and that I probably play with in the car on the way home) AND that the parents of the recipient will think is awesome as well. It’s just an added bonus that everything there is totally unique — you’re most likely not going to find the toys and games carried at Toy Zone in a Target or Toys R Us.
I also feel better in the end because I’m supporting local business. I’d much rather give my money to Toy Zone than a Toys R Us ANY DAY.

Visited yesterday because of a recommendation I got in an email — Unilocaliest Gift Guide. I was not disappointed. What a wonderful store. I was able to purchase many educational toys and whittled my Christmas list down. In addition, they had great stocking stuffers. The layout of the store was great, lots of room to move around and it was very organized. Plus I loved the little Smurf figurines!
Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was the employee/​cashier, while nice, was ill — coughing and sneezing. Poor guy should have been home in bed. I sanitized my hands the minute I left.
Overall love it and will definitely visit again!

With Christmas around the corner, my shopping excursions have begun. I have three beautiful young ladies in my life who I like to spoil rotten.
I visited Toy Zone with them in mind, and their stockings will be all the fuller because of it. Expect to find a huge selection of unique gifts. This store is locally and family owned by a father/​son team who take what they do seriously. Well, as seriously as you can take toys…
They have items for every age group from newborn to adults who are still kids at heart. They have a great selection of learning items, toys that promote growth and development, and some that are just for fun! They also have an incredible selection for kids with special needs, which was really great to find.
This is the perfect spot to find everything you need for the little Unilocalers in your life this holiday season!

Watch out Toys R US! Watch out people… This place rocks the wastelands of toys. Although not very convenient to get in and out of the parking lot, Toy Zone, is massive. It has demo set ups of every toy possible, collectible toys from all over the world, and educational toys to boot.
I was amazed at how many Lego sets they have, how many castle figurines, personalized snow globe ornaments for the tree. Wow. Wow. WOW!
My son cried when I wouldn’t buy him this amazing race track, which I eyed it was priced at $ 50! Christmas toy already, check! As I started to leave, feeling overwhelmed by all the possibilities between the kids and I, I saw them. Smurf figurines! Bride ones, and cowboy ones. Gargamoyle with flowers. Did they put that up for me? The Smurfs just warm my heart.
Prices are mostly under $ 20 for everything. I will go there and spend all my Christmas money and not doubt myself one bit.
