The Tower Café is a saving grace for me when I go to San Antonio on Mondays. I never seem to be able to get up in time to have breakfast so I stop here before going to my corporate office.
Very simple menu with breakfast tacos and sandwiches for breakfast and Mexican food like enchiladas and tacos for lunch as well as deli sandwiches and burgers.
Pretty cheap and they keep a TV. on so that I can catch up on the news before I head downstairs. The staff is great and will let you pay the next time you come if you don’t have cash although they do accept credit cards as well. The staff always remembers you by the second time you go and will remember your last order.
