History

Established in 2007.

The LOV was founded by Laralee List Wahrmund in 2007 and opened it’s doors at it’s first location on March 22^nd, 2010. This first location was 1450 sq ft.

In January of 2012 the LOV moved into 6700 sq ft and in January 2013 the LOV moved into 45,000 sq ft.

Business Owner

Laralee List Wahrmund — Founder, President, CEO, Artistic & Theatre Director — Laralee has over 45 years of experience as a performer, with her first stage appearance at the age of 5. At 23 she created a Sketch Comedy Troupe here in San Antonio called The Playroom Players (many are directly involved with the LOV!). At 28 she left San Antonio for Los Angeles, California. Laralee has over 25 years of experience as a professional director, writer and producer; writing and directing over 50 productions including 2 musicals here in San Antonio and in Los Angeles, California. During her 10 years in Los Angeles, Laralee had the pleasure of directing some of the most talented actors in the industry; some you may have seen in films and television shows. Laralee is THRILLED to be teaching the students at the LOV and can’t wait for the day when they begin to accept thier Tony, Emmy, Grammy and Oscar Nominations!
