This is one of the worst location to there so I’m organized and there are pallets everywhere you can’t even walk down out without running out of stuff and there’s no room to move around associates are friendly but organization is terrible

While re-​modeling a house over the last year I have been inside of Home Depot more then ever, everyone is great

I prefer this location of home improvement stores over others in the area. The customer service is great, there is always someone who helps me (as I always look lost here). Quick checkout, clean store.

Customer service is horrible at this location. The manager doesn’t care and his staff is rude ! No help on the floor and they actually tell you to do it yourself when you ask for help. I’ve complained several times but no one seems to care. Go to the Home Depot on Fair ave, it’s worth the drive!

Great prices but the lack of customer service is why I despise coming here. Took over 15 minutes to get someone to cut the ties on a stack of lumber. Just forget trying to return anything. Appalled. I’ll go to Lowes.

Great convenience… not the best service at the service desk. Droid in line for 5 minutes plus behind a transaction that is clearly going to take forever. You think they’d have a second person notice this and offer ti help move things along. Ugh.

Terrible customer service at this location. Bought Hampton bay glow lighting (Hampton bay is Home Depot brand) I was told discontinued and manger Steve told me to go find it on-​line myself. Btw: I purchased the entire kitchen design at this location $ 30,000 +

Just like every Home Depot in America, but I could spend hours here nonetheless. Friendly helpful staff. Perhaps not the best selection of trees but there are local nurseres for that. As long as they keep giving me a 10% military discount I will keep coming back.

Dave in the flooring section is very knowledgable. He was attentive and listened to our comments and concerns. He gave good information which helped us pick our travertine tile for our kitchen remodel

Wish I could give another ½ star. This is a pretty good WELL ROUNDED Home Depot. The service is what makes this location pleasant, especially the appliance department (Jamie). The paint department is hit and miss as far as attitude goes.

I love coming here. Sometimes I visit here to kill time, this place has so much to look at. Any and everything you might ever want is here. I like the BBQ selection.

This is a superb store with excellent customer service — here’s why:
Employees & Customer Service — the employees went out of their way to complete our last-​minute, very large paint order; they escorted me all over the store to find my diverse items; they are each very knowledgeable and friendly
Location — this is right around the corner from the Quarry, so it’s easy to access
Items — this is a large store (as are all of them) with a massive selection of tools and painting supplies

It took a few visits, but Home Depot, specifically Steve in plumbing, has finally won me over. I prefer to go to Schnabel’s on McCullough, but sometimes they’re closed or are running low on something I need a lot of, then it’s to Home Depot.
I don’t take many trips to this place, but the last couple of times I have wandered aisle by aisle looking for an employee to help me to no avail. Once, I got so frustrated that I finally just walked out without buying anything.
This most recent time, I set out an overzealous crafting adventure which landed me in the PVC pipe aisle, where I stood gawking at the various pieces for approximately 5 minutes before Steve came to the rescue. He walked me through everything, even letting me know that I could cut the pipes in-​store with their saw if I wanted to. After that, he escorted me to another aisle for other parts I needed and made sure I was 100% taken care of before he left. Now that’s customer service, and what I’ll hope to experience on my next visit!

You can do it, they can help.
Good as long as you don’t need help with anything. Trying to find a staff member can be like finding a metric hammer.
They have a pretty good selection of stuff to do home remodels, with more of the high end stuff than the other Home Depots. They don’t have as many of the construction materials as the other ones. They’ve got a large outdoors section, with lots of plants.
It’s generally clean. Check out can be a pain, especially when you go to the self-​check out. That thing never seems to work right.
They offer classes on Saturdays on things like how to lay a garden pathway, or lay linoleum.
The returns desk is generally friendly and accepting of all the weird stuff I have to bring back. They even take individual bolts back!

Just your average home depot. Always seems that you will see tons of employees, except when you actually need help. Then no one can be found.

Amazing service today. New to San Antonio, Jamie helped me in the appliance department for the second time this week. She recommended a shower head that turned out to be perfect. Francisco helped me with a cordless drill. They were sold out of the Ryobi that was a special buy, so he matched the price with a premium combo. And I missed his name, but a gentleman in the nursery showed me some plants that would work on my «balcony garden». Great service. Fair prices. Thanks.

What do you do when you need a key made and Schnabel’s is closed? Go to Home Depot!
While they have basically EVERYTHING you could ever need for your house, the employees drive me nuts. I’ve needed to make sets of keys twice in the past year. I go to get a key made and both times they’ve screwed it up. First time they failed, shame on me for not double checking their work before leaving their property, second time they failed, seriously, can I get a manager over here to copy my key?!
That was before, thankfully, I’ve learned my lesson. So while on a recent adventure, it still took two tries for the employee to get my key made properly, at least I didn’t drive home, realize it was wrong then have to drive back for them to correct it.
This is also something that’s happened with paint. They just don’t seem to CARE to get things done right the first time. That really bothers me.
While it’s OK to buy tools and supplies here, get your paint and keys made elsewhere.
