Our experience and education (at the Culinary Institute of America) are the the foundation of our talent and hospitality is the benchmark of our success.

All menu items and cocktails are created from scratch, taking no shortcuts and ensuring quality preparation.

History

Established in 2010.

Sweet Thyme was founded by Michelle Green after years of cooking and catering small events. When realizing the true convenience and hospitality she could provide to customers, Michelle made her passion a succuessful business. After launching in Atlanta, Ga Michelle moved her business to San Antonio, Tx to attend school at the CIA.

Sweet Thyme seeks to offer you more free time [about 15 hours per week actually] is what you will have when you enlist the services of Sweet Thyme. The thought of how sweet life really is, especially when you have the free time to enjoy it is the motivation behind our services.

Our services go hand in hand with you spending extra time with your kids, your spouse, getting extra work done, exercising, and doing all the things that are important to you [while not having to worry about the dishes].

Sweet Thyme has a well respected Wine Steward here to serve all of your Wine & Spirit needs. Mouhssine Behnamacht has worked for the world famous Spice Market and directed their beverage program for 4 years at the W hotel Atlanta. The W hotel Atlanta is one of the top 5 W hotels in the world, while there he developed many specialty cocktails and won several mixology awards.

He has also worked with major distributors and liquor brands such as National wine, Mirror Mirror wine, Quality wine, Empire wine, American Spirit Whiskey, and Gran Porton-​Peru.

Mouhssine has recently moved from Atlanta to San Antonio to pursue his passion for culinary arts at the Culinary Institute of America. Prior to moving to San Antonio, Mouhssine had a cumulative 12 years in the food, beverage, and hospitality industry.

Mouhssine’s true passion for wine is reflected in his eloquent and impressive presentations and classes. Let him share his passion with you!
