The only reason they get two stars is that I do like the end product. However, their customer service is abysmal. Broke a window in April due to a rock being thrown by my lawn mower. Took until September before they could be bothered to come out and install replacement. Installer promptly broke the replacement. Didn’t get the replacement until November. Come on, 6 months for a replacement window? You will never talk to the franchise owner. He has a palace guard that ensures he never actually has to interact with a customer personally. There are far better choices out there if you want a sunroom. Too bad for them. I’m buying a new house, will want a sunroom for it. Guess who I will not be using.
