Consists of a complete assessment of the child for medical clearance in order to participate in the athletic program. Any forms that are required must be brought with the child to the visit and will be completed at that time.

Established in 2008.
A graduate of the University of Texas Health Science Center — Houston, Dr. Sneed is a Board Certified Pediatrician and has been in practice for over 11 years. Dr. Sneed is the Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor of Physician Assistant Studies for the University of North Texas Health Science Center. She and her family have been in the Stone Oak Community for over 10 years. Outside of work, Dr. Sneed absolutely loves spending time with her wonderful husband and children.
