Love the staff. 1 star because it’s really dirty most of the time that I come here. The restroom most specially.

Sitting next to one of SA’s original Barnes & Noble stores, this is the very first Starbucks my parents took me to when I was young and clueless. I still remember holding up to my face this double chocolate cookie that was actually the size of my face. Anyway… First off, this IS an actual Starbucks, NOT just a B&N Café serving Starbucks products. Seating includes 5 or 6 indoor tables(2 of which are near outlets), 4 outdoor tables, and 4 leather chairs. Still inside but crossing into B&N are 6 or so add’l tables — equipped even with a full-time security guard. He’s not one for friendly greetings, however. The restrooms stink like dead, rotting bodies… always have for as long as I can remember. On the other hand, service doesn’t. Maybe I’m biased, but I’ve found the current AM crew to be better than either PM ones. Ultimately, however, all handle crowds well. So yeah, whatever, just another run-of-the-mill SBUX. If you’re lucky, you’ll end up leaving having sampled all of their Bistro Boxes! Thanks girls, love y’all!

I Love Starbucks! If you hate the lines … Because it’s that good lol, or you think it’s over-priced, then Stay Away«Please» …we don’t need your kind ;) Free wifi, ac, restrooms, and a staff that’s there from 5am to 10pm … Go to Dunkin Donuts, we won’t miss you!

Worst Starbucks ever. I’ve been here like 4 times. The drive threw always gets my order wrong. I went in and it’s terrible customer service. There were three people up there and only one was working the other two were on their phones.

Terrible lack of seating and the line is ridiculously long all the time. Will not be back to this location unless it’s for to go coffee

After my second visit here I decided to write a review. As always, I ordered an iced coffee with light half & half unsweetened. The cashier was in a bad mood. Prolly mad cuz I interrupted her and her coworkers conversation about Justin Bieber. I get my drink and just from looking at it, it looked like more than half of light cream and a little bit of coffee. Tasted like milk. Geezus christ. AND they didn’t even draw a smiley face on my cup. Plus, the new Shakira album wasn’t even on sale.

I came here early on a Friday morning while visiting my fiancée who works in SA M-F. I had a doctors appt at Christus Santa Rosa/Westover Hills and stopped by here to set up camp and get some good study time in. COLD. This place is freezing. Glad I had a hoodie, thick jeans and cowboys boots on. Lord help me. But the coffee sure helped. Cute that some patrons come in withe their own coffee cups. didnt even know you could do that(i mean like a home mug with no lid, nothing.) odd but cute. I love adding the cinnamon and chocolate powder to my coffee with a lil half n half. Kinda tastes like the Taste of San Antonio HEB coffee. Omg so good. I dont need all those lattes, frapa nada. Just give me black coffee and I’m happy. They had about 4 plush seats that were comfy for people like me that are settling in and making note cards to study. Loved this place. Will return for sure. My love is there so that is where I shall be also :)

Cool location attached to Barnes. I will all ways think that this place is over priced and a rip off. I do spend money here but that’s when I feel like throwing away money. Pros: Good quality products Nice environment Great service and friendly staff Cons: Too expensive no bang for the buck. This location is kind of small

My neighbor hood Starbucks. It’s not the nicest location or the quietest for that matter but it gets the job done. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Every once and awhile you can get a table outside but as for sitting inside all bets are office as this place stays crowded. Only downfall to it is that there’s not drivethru.

I have been sitting at this particular Starbucks close to Ingram Park Mall and located inside a Barnes and Noble for some time now. I have gone through my 2nd grande Café Mocha, 2 episodes of the underrated television show Chuck, and 50 pages of the textbook entitled«Aligning Human Resources and Business Strategies». After all this I have come to the realization that this particular Starbucks has been a great contributing factor for a much appreciated relaxing Thursday. Many people have expressed their preference for local coffee shops and with good supporting points. I have to admit there is a different aura about walking into a locally operated coffee shop then a chain-type of establishment. However sometimes, like this day for example, Starbucks is winning me over for a number of reasons. For one I found an immediate place to «set up shop» and haven’t been told to leave or consistently order something to keep my place. Secondly, their pastries have been fully stocked ever since I walked in and that was 5 hours ago. Their staff has paid special attention to making sure the ambiance has remained clean and welcoming for any customer to enjoy. So kudos to you Starbucks! I have enjoyed your coffee, hospitality, and place to designate as «home base» on this great Thursday.

I have done my own cupping tests several times by ordering a Solo, and it has only passed once out of about 12 times. You never get the same product twice. Sometimes it’s strong, sometimes weak, many times is hard to taste the coffee at all… just pure hot milk. But in absence of a decent place with real Baristas… it is what it is.
