High marks to Tim at the Sprint Store Colonnade. I lost my patience with the larger DeZavala Sprint company store. It is always chaos and a long wait there. So I tried the Communication Source. They are so much easier, and faster, to work with than the larger factory store! Tim takes the time understand your issue and help find the best solution. I have two college aged sons. Unfortunately I have had to go there a couple of times now, once to replace a damaged phone and again to replace a lost/stolen phone. Tim was very patient, not pushy. Seemed very considerate of my situation each time, ready to assist. We have been Sprint customers for a long time. The Communication Source is now our first choice. So much easier there.

This store is the closes to my house. When I went in yesterday at about 3pm, I talked with a white male, heavier side, with glasses. It was unbelievable how rude he was to me. I went in because I activated a new phone last week but the touch screen stopped working. He kept looking at my phone then hollard at his coworker asking«the touch screen is a little unsensative, do you think it’s worth writing up a ticket for». i would ask him questions what he thinks it might be, what can they do for me, what should I do. And every response was with attitude and talking to me like I was 5. He was very disrespectful. I will defiantly not go back to that store! I have been there a few times before and every time it has been horrible customer service!

This store is completely and utterly worthless. My first experience, at this store was with a bigger Hispanic male, didn’t get his name, but he was rude and impatient. This is your job, you’re being paid to be there. Don’t act like I’m an inconvenience. He left, and I spoke to a Sarah Stone… I think. She was very nice, but an absolute Chatty Cathy about nonsense that had nothing to do with my situation. She really struggled to grasp my issues and I continuously had to repeat myself. I spent an hour there, and had nothing to show for it. I went in today because I added a new line and got a new phone, and wanted my current number switched to the new device. And I had a couple of other lines I wanted to switch to different devices. They told me it was going to be 25 dollars per a line. Which seemed absolutely ridiculous, seeing as I’ve done this multiple times in the last 5 years I’ve been with Sprint, and it was free of charge. I’m not sure if this store is a corporate store or if it’s a locally owned store run by their own made up policies. However, I definitely recommend going to the Huebner/Babcock location. They were great. And patient. And their services were FREE.

It was a combination of good family plans and bad, really bad customer service, I have had to finish the agreement over the sprint’s 800# customer service. I’m positive the can do better.
