Spring Garden Flower Shop

Words cannot express how disappointed I am with this place. I live in LA and have a family friend that lives in San Antonio. Her 30^th birthday was this week, and as she’s been a friend of the family for over 25 years, we wanted to send her something special. We found a beautiful bouquet on the website and ordered it. We paid $ 125 plus delivery and tax to come to about $ 145. The flowers that were delivered were AWFUL. Literally, 4 orchids stacked in a vase. I could have done that myself! This is such an embarrassment. Sending a family friend what looks like such a CHEAP bouquet for her 30^th?! I am mortified and so upset. Needless to say I do not recommend this place, especially if you won’t be there yourself to verify your order. NIGHTMARE. (See the pictures of what we ordered vs. what was delivered)
To be fair, we called and complained and they were really nice and apologetic about it. They are crediting us back some of the money, but this isn’t about money. It’s about being completely and utterly embarrassed to a friend of over 25 years. I am so upset and disappointed.

I called thinking the event I was sending flowers for was the next day. Turns out it was that day! They were so kind on the phone and made a beautiful arrangement and delivered in a few hours of me calling. They even sent me pictures of the arrangement and a delivery confirmation. They went above and beyond.

The only time I buy fresh flowers (i.e. at an actual flower place) is when I’m buying for my house. So I’ve become somewhat of a pro at choosing arrangements to send to my peeps who don’t live close by.
My BFF (who lives in SA) just recently gave birth to a beautiful lil girl! So flowers were definitely in order. I found their website, which was super easy to navigate around and found this gorgeous (not over the top) bouquet of pink roses, white daisies, chrysanthemums all in pink vase wrapped with a polka-​dot satin ribbon. Totally cute and perfect for the occasion.
So I placed the order online and it even gave me a space to add any notes I may have had. At the end, it told me the arrangement would be delivered the following day. The next morning at 9am, I get an email stating the flowers had been delivered at 8:46am. I mean! AMAZING!!! I know that with a new baby, things are busy and bustling around the house. So that confirmation was delightful without having to nag momma «did you get the flowers?»!
So, the moral of this story is that the flowers turned out beautiful and the gift was a total success. Spring Garden did a great job site unseen!

They were extremely close to my venue at Sunset Station. Everyone was so nice and they delivered on time. They were also very accomidating to me. I would recommend!
