Very disappointed with the Brazilian blowout done in my hair. My hair feels like hard, not shiny or soft as treatment says to be, honestly it was better before it. It’s like having a regular relaxer done on my hair. Don’t waste money on split ends treatment, they will look stiff and worst that you will have to cut them down. Wish I could have my money back to fix my hair somewhere else.

Vianey does great Brazilian Blowouts. She is really friendly and sweet and she has done a lot of them so she is knowledgable on what works and what doesn’t. I had one short interaction with Vianey’s coworker/​boss, Sonia. As you know, impressions matter and she did not make a good impression. She was short and rude with me and I did not appreciate her attitude. That put a bad taste in my mouth for the company but I would recommend Vianey.

As the other poster said, they use the Formaldehyde version of the brazilian blow-​out – which I didn’t know until it was too late. Also, for whatever reason, she says to leave the product on for at least 48 hours. If you read the instructions from the company and other salons, it’s supposed to be rinsed out and another smoother put in. So, now I find out she sent me out with a carcinogen on my head/​skin for 52 hours!
I also don’t know if it’s because she didn’t do the process the way its supposed to be done or what, but there is NO CHANGE to the way my hair looks. It’s just as frizzy today as it always is.

I never write reviews, not enough time with a baby and a job. So, for me to write a review means, she did a fantastic job. I have been to Sonia for a BB and later a color, cut, and style. I have been to several hairsylists in the past 1 ½ years and they all messed up my hair. Finally, Sonia has fixed my hair. I will recommend her to all the girls on the base and my other friends.
