Shopping here’s like shopping at Monster Vape! Both places SUCK!!! Monster Vape doesn’t even have a certified specialist to mix in correct percentage of nicotine!!! Anybody who works there can just add nicotine! And neither place is clean or kosher! Plus, both places workers recommend other shops for better flavors and better deals! Talk about CM SRVC! Thank God I strictly shop at Real Vape Shops!

Only reason I come here is because it’s right down the street. But I’m seriously considering just taking a drive to Planet K from now on because the staff is so much better and know what they are talking about and also don’t charge a BS minimum fee for a purchase. If you really have to charge a minimum because you can’t afford to pay the extra fees that come with setting up a shop, maybe you shouldn’t set up business. Just saying. I’ve only come across one kid who seemed to really know his stuff and was really helpful when trying to pick out something for a present and was more then happy to answer my questions. I wish I got his name because I would recommend everyone going to him. There’s one kid in there though that I’ve had problems with multiple times. He skinny, light skinned and blonde. He never smiles at you and will ignore you even if you’re right at the counter or pass you off to an other associate. Fuck that guy. I believe he is the only one in that store that fits that description from the times I’ve went in there. If you see him, avoid him.

Walked in with a few questions. Talk to some kid behind the counter. He did not have a clue. never looked us in the eye and didn’t have a clue about what he was talking about. I actually think he was just stoned and didn’t give a shit. first and only time to visit this shop. If you can call it a smoke shop. had plenty of hookah and reefer papers not much in the vape department

My husband bought a vaporizer tank from here just before Christmas. He had previously asked what kind of tanks would work with the battery he has and was told all Aspire Atlantic tanks, but this turned out to be untrue after we got the tank home and Googled it. They did not inform him of the returns policy, which is 48 hours (despite the fact they were closed over Christmas). We took it back a week after purchasing it and asked for an exchange but were told no as it was past the 48 hour point. What a waste of 40 dollars.

Wish I could give it no stars. If you want vaporizers or equipment for your vaporizers that actually work more than a week DO NOT GO HERE. Oh and their in store warranty, 24 hours. After that they pretty much give you the finger and come up with 100 reasons why it’s your fault that their products they sell do not work. DO NOT FO HERE. DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT GO HERE. Literally is borderline criminal what they do. Selling faulty equipment. I just bought a charger (second one from there in two week period, and three hours later it doesn’t work). Bought my second battery from them yesterday (second one I’ve bought in two weeks from there)…does not f-​ing work. Bravo on being the worst customer service and retail shop ever. Once again DO NOT GO HERE.

One of the staff members ignored us but a nice girl staff member took notice and was very helpful and quick service!
