The location was perfect for me and my neighbors are kind enough. My big issue is the management. Sam in the office either has the shortest memory ever or just doesn’t care. I have had some of the maintenance needs that one would expect with an older apartment so that’s not an issue. My concern is being told that someone will be out and they never come. Whenever I call the front office I have to speak to someone 2 – 3 times before my request is met. Currently I have a leaky pipe in my bathroom that someone was due to coming to fix last week. It’s still leaking… At this point that seems Business as usual. Do not move here. The cute apartment isn’t worth the constant sacrifice of comfort.

This place is awesome!!! has such hug 2⁄2 you feel like you live in a house plus the staff is amazing also is following up with me on my work orders!!!
