San Antonio Limo

Mr. Boyd made reserving a limo fast and easy! I contacted three other limo services for my wedding night and San Antonio Limo was the first and, so far, the only one to respond. We’re renting the Rolls Royce Bentley and will have a lot of our wedding pictures with it. I’ll post another review in a couple of months after we tie the knot!!!

This was my first time renting/​paying for this type of service, and San Antonio Limo was a great place to start! They were very helpful and had no problem answering all of my questions and concerns. Also, they had great prices compared to similar companies. I would most definitely recommend them for anybody looking to rent limos or other luxury car services.

My second time using this company, and everything has worked out well. The limo was nice, and our driver was super awesome and catered to us and what we were wanting to do for the night! Thanks guys!

Infuriating experience, totally disgusted with these people. I flew into San Antonio with my 3 dogs and had pre-​arranged for limo pickup at the airport. Arranged in advance, paid in full in advance. But this POS limo service totally stood me up at the airport. My dogs are large, they are gentle giants but they are big guys, and so knowing the complications that can ensue given their size, I never just travel with them on the fly, but always make advanced pickup preparations ahead of time with services like this so we don’t have any problems. Anyone who travels with pets knows what I’m talking about. Imagine the hassle and stress of being stuck at an airport with 3 dogs that just endured the stress of airplane travel, and then trying to scramble last minute to get somebody, anybody to transport us. My bad on some level, I confused the name of the limo service that had been recommended to me and wound up booking with these jerks instead by mistake. But wow, now that I checked them out on Unilocal,wow, what a screw up !!! Not a single reviewer has anything nice to say about them. Not one ! Ten one-​star reviews ! Count me now as number 11. How they stay in business i cant imagine. What a P.O.S company

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!
. We were in town for my parent’s Anniversary. I called from the hotel and asked for a limo to pick 4 of us up to take to Tower of the Americas. The gentleman quoted me $ 75 one way. I accepted, I wanted something extra special for my parents. At the scheduled time, a town car arrived for us instead of a limo. I was so disappointed for my parents and knew I was getting scammed. We would have refused and waited for a cab, but then we would have been late for our dinner reservations. We explained to the driver why we were upset. He didn’t care. Once we arrived at the restaurant, I Called and explained we felt misled. The guy pretty much told me to «sit and spin.»

I would not recommend this company to anyone. My husband ordered a stretch limo for my Birthday Wine Tour. First of all, the driver arrived in 30 minutes late and didn’t seem to care. The limo looked old and not taken care of. The TV was broken and two of the speakers were not working. It felt hot in the limo because the AC wasn’t working properly. We told the limo driver and he turned it up it seemed to work for about 1 hour and then it got hot on. The limo was clean but in horrible condition everything was broken and old. But the icing on the cake was when the Limo Driver demanded more gratuities. He told my husband that he expected a certain amount of gratuity and we needed to meet it. I don’t think he remembered that he was late picking us up. He then had the nerves to ask to be set up with one of my single friends that attended the Birthday Wine Tour. At this point, I have no words. The worst experience of my life. Buyer Beware!

Used this company for a shuttle bus for our wedding. No a/​c in San Antonio in late June!!! Complained during first leg of transportation and nothing happened. Driver stood outside of the church during wedding with his shirt un tucked and pants undone complaining of heat to our guests. Called in second leg of transportation to complain while we sweated our expensive make up off and was told they knew nothing about the problem, despite our complaints to the driver earlier. One bridesmaid ended up throwing up at the reception due to heat during transportation there. Company will not refund money for the miserable trip and keep giving us the run around. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I am outraged with the service provided. am writing regarding my limo experience for my child’s fifth grade graduation on June 5. I had rented a limo from San Antonio Limo on June 5 to pick up my son and his friends on the last day of school. The limo was late so I had 9 boys and parents waiting at school — the last kids to be picked up on the last day. Then as we were finally leaving school, the driver tried to go the wrong way on the freeway access road — directly into oncoming traffic!
At that point, we had the driver go directly to a friend’s house a couple of miles away. The driver hit two curbs and looked like he was half asleep. The limo itself had several long scratches like it was recently in some sort of fender bender. I called the company as soon as we were all safely out. Since they did not have a replacement driver, we had him leave us and the kids ended up with a scary 15 minute ride instead of the two hours we had intended. The manager I spoke to was friendly and agreed that he was outraged with the experience. He assured me this was not the way their organization typically worked and agreed to refund my payment.
Imagine my surprise to check my credit card statement almost two weeks later and see no refund. When I called the company to complain, the manager said he had not spoken to the driver and kept telling me the driver had a CDL. Regardless of the fact that the driver had a license, his driving that day was not safe. I am really surprised that they had not yet addressed that safety issue with the driver and further that they have still not provided an apology and refund.

Hired this company for service from airport to hotel on the Riverwalk for a group vacation. The driver arrived in a 15 pax van. At NO time during the booking was a van and NOT a limo mentioned. Even if you go on their website there is no mention of a 15 pax van. We added 2 people to our group and it was supposed to be $ 20 more and during time of payment they wanted $ 40 more.
Javier the driver was very pleasant and a safe driver.

Quoted us one price and then when we went to get the receipt, they kept «forgetting» to give us, they added an extra $ 100. When we questioned it, we were told it was a fuel surcharge. When we said we were not quoted that, they just said «oh well».
We cancelled our reservation and left.
While we were in their offices, the guy was on the phone with another upset customer, giving a refund. They also had a board behind the front desk and written on it was a small note to «Take care of the Better Business Bureau»
How about take care of your customers and the BBB won’t be involved. Just a thought.

Like the others, I would agree this company is not good. I had ordered a stretch limo for my mother-​in-​laws birthday. I called and confirmed twice and everything seemed on track. But the driver was not able to follow directions, the link had no air conditioning (and with 10 people in a limo you eked air!!!)
We were quite upset as this was the first time my MIL had been in a limo and it was not a good experience. They did switch limos for us after we got dropped off, but the equipment should be checked before they come to pick up.
I haven’t had a chance to check on a refund for part of the fees we paid, but I will keep you posted

This is the worst limo service I have ever had! The driver complained about everything the entire time. He hated Hummers (what we were picked up in), hated GM, hated downtown, hated the AT&T Center, etc.
There was just one unprofessional thing after another that I just won’t get into. I hire limos for many events and this was by far the worst! I’ve always been really happy with all of the others.
Bottom line, do not hire them for your limo service!

This company is a nightmare. Absolutely would never recommend them to anyone.
A girl from my office was getting married and since the staff of our company was all going, we decided to get a «party bus» so that we didn’t have to worry about drinking and driving or having to drive five different cars all the way to Castroville for the event.
So we arranged to have San Antonio Limo provide us a driver and a party bus for the day. Pick up time was 4:30 and we estimated we’d be done around midnight.
The pickup was at The Dominion and the driver arrived almost an hour late. That’s ok, we had purposely planned the pick up time a bit early so that none of us would be late. We still had plenty of time, so the driver’s lateness was excused by us and we set out to board the bus. One of the guys in our party is in a wheelchair. The company had told us they didn’t have anything wheelchair accessible, which was fine, but when we got him situated in his seat, we asked the driver if we could put the wheelchair where they would stow luggage in the back. After 10 minutes of fumbling around he told us he didn’t know how to open it. Still, not the worst thing in the world, so we took the wheelchair on the bus with us.
Then the real mess started.
First off, the bus wasn’t all that nice. It looked like it had been used a lot and never really taken care. The AC wasn’t blowing and when we asked the driver to turn it on, he pulled over, fumbled around looking for the switch to turn it on. It wasn’t until one of the guys on the bus pointed a series of switches and tried one himself because the driver just kept staring at them that we finally had the air blowing cold. Whew.
Now back on the road and heading out of the The Dominion, we got to the intersection of IH10 and he asked «which way?» Since we were going to Castroville, I would have thought he would have a least known which direction to go, but again, we sort of just blew it off and helped him back onto the road.
Perhaps I should have mentioned already — not only did we tell the company where we were heading when booking the bus, we also gave the driver directions and a map given to us by the bride to be. Even if he didn’t know exactly where he was going, he should have at least been able to navigate us to Castroville at which point we would be able to narrow down our directions a bit more.
On the road again…
IH10 to 1604… uneventful. However, once we hit 1604, the drama began.
Our first stop was the Jim’s on 1604 and Bandera to pick up the final member of the party. Simple enough. Get off at the Bandera exit and head through the light on the access road to the Jim’s parking lot.
Nope.
Our driver exited and turned right onto Bandera heading north, despite our instructions to him to go straight. Maybe he doesn’t know where every Jim’s location is, but you have to admit, the sign is pretty hard to miss.
Eventually, he attempted a U-​turn, which had us all hanging on for dear life — I honestly thought he was going to turn the bus on its side. Of course, he still didn’t make the U-​turn, so after slamming into a curb, he proceeded to throw it into reverse — with oncoming traffic looming. A little scared and a little scarred. We made it to Jim’s and picked up our passenger.
Back on the highway — after more instructions of how to get on the highway — we continued our journey.
But wait… why is the driver exiting on Culebra (and again heading north)? *Sigh* We’ve already explained to him that he just needs to follow 1604 until we hit 90. That’s all.
After more harrowing turn arounds and all of us thinking this guy is a complete moron, we’re back on 1604.
Don’t worry, there’s more… now as we’re all telling him to go straight, we’re suddenly heading down 151 South. What? Are you flipping serious? At this point, my boss decided to sit at the front to direct this guy as he obviously did not know what he was doing. The point of the party bus was that we could all enjoy the ride, have a few drinks and relax. We all work rather hard, particularly my boss, so some downtime for her would have been perfect. Instead, she became co-​pilot for the Mr. Magoo of limo drivers.
We finally got to the Castoville area and at this point we were cutting it close. The wedding was about to begin. Once again, ignoring all logic and the map we had provided him with, the driver continued on with his complete disregard for the road and the map. Bumps and sudden turns were still aplenty with this guy. Get me off this bus!
Lost…again…we stopped at a gas station and asked for directions. Turns out we had gone the wrong way (we all thought so, but he insisted) and had to turn around and retrace our route. Ugh. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! This company was ABSOLUTELY horrible!!! They left a group of 15 people including 2 10 year old girls and 1 adult who was on crutches stranded at the Alamodome. This led to a group of 7 including a 10 year old girl walking from the south side of the Alamodome to the Pig Stand on Broadway under 281 to be able to get a ride home. There was another group of 3 including the other 10 year old girl stranded at a downtown hotel at 1:00 a.m. trying to get home. DO NOT TRUST THEM AND DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!

The absolute worst limo service I have ever encountered. Even though I confirmed 2 days before date the limo was 45 minutes late and the drive said he was just contacted 30 minutes before. The side mirror of limo was missing. On pick up at arranged time there was no limo. I call SA Limo and they have to call for a new limo because first driver was called away for family emergency. Why didn’t they call me and give me new limo drivers number. This was for my daughters senior prom. So 6 kids were left waiting in a parking lot for 45 minutes with a teacher asking why weren’t they being picked up. Unexcusable! Do not use this unprofessionable company!

READ THIS BEFORE YOU USE THEM!!! I attempted to use this company for my wedding. They took my info over the phone and gave me a call back later that day confirming the booking. When the called back they had the times and location all wrong and they had my credit card info wrong too. Well I booked another company (holiday limo awesome company) and told SA limo I was unhappy with how they conducted business. They told me they figured out my credit card info and charged me and refused to refund my money. Well one week and 40 calls later to «jay» the owner I got some of my money back. This is a horrible company with the poorest customer service I have ever experienced.
