History

Established in 2005.

Road and Track /​VonHertell Racing Services is San Antonio’s only Roadrace, Trackday and Adventure Bike specialists. We ride and/​or race every weekend. We also have more experience than just about anyone in crash damage repair due to our over 90 years combined road racing experience. So we can fix your crashed motorcycle back to race winning condition.

I have been road racing in the CMRA and WERA since the mid 90’s. I have won several Championships and set quite a few class track records and a couple overall track records. I also teach road racing techniques and many of my students have gone on to race in the CMRA, AMA and CEV Moto3 Championships

Very satisfied with the service this shop offered me. I called in for a price for bringing in my bike (2014 Yamaha FZ09) to switch out my old tires and put in my new tires on (which i had bought from another store) even tho they were busy, they stop whatever they were doing to just to service my bike. The price was very reasonable compare to other shops that charge you way too much. To me that’s excellent costumer service. To top it off, it took them about 30 min to do. I was in and out in no time … AWSOME! i would come back and refer friends to this shop

This is the best place to take your bike in SA! They really know their stuff and don’t mind answering questions for new riders like myself. They’ve done a few repairs on my bike now and I am completely happy with their work. Their prices are highly competitive and are actually astoundingly cheaper than any of the bigger dealerships you can find in San Antonio. Make sure you spend some time around the shop talking to these guys – you’re bound to learn something new!

This is the kind of shop everyone dreams of finding. Keith is a suspension genius (Racetech certified), and they are honest and reasonable.
It’s a place where you can hang out and shoot the sh*t and you never feel like they are condescending or trying to separate you from your wallet.
The owner and his son both race a lot, so call first to make sure they’re not out racing before you come by!

If you’re serious about motorcycling handling, these guys are the best. They’ve done the suspension on three bikes of mine so far, and it’s completely transformed all three of them.
