The best seamstress around! She has helped me with turning garments that don’t work for me into wearable items. She does EXCELLENT work and she’s so kind, honest and trustworthy. I drive a long way to get to her but it’s well worth the trip! Great pricing also.

After all the good reviews I would have thought this place was better. They did a crappy job on my suit coat, after expressing my unhappiness and requesting additional work (they claimed it was fine) they said they take the coat back to the original form. So after that, they still charged me for the crappy work they did and refused to give me a refund. I even called the owner with no response.
I would stay away from this place!

They do a decent job on basic hems. But once I took a dress that I wanted to change the side slit a little, and they completely ruined the movement of the dress. This place does not seem to take design into mind when making other changes.

I have always gotten my clothes altered here and been very pleased that I would also recommend everyone to go here. I took my bridesmaids dress here in May and will never be going back again. I was charged way more than I was the previous time I had taken a different bridesmaids dress and had more done to it. The employee that helped me was very rude and claimed that she didn’t notice it was a 2 layered dress even though she saw it before I tried it on. It was too long on the bottom and instead of pinning it up, like I’ve always had it done, she proceeded to cut around my whole dress making it very uneven. She also told me that I shouldn’t fix the top part because the top of my arms would stick out, even though it was too big. I called to complain about the employee and in return I received an $ 8.00 credit for my next visit! I was very displeased with the quality and service that I have received and will not be going back or recommending it to anyone. I have since found a new place to take my clothes.

Today I picked up my daughter Eryn’s wedding dress. These ladies are amazing! The customer service is excellent, and they treated my daughter like a very special bride. I actually cried when I picked it up due to their kindness and understanding. They are VERY skilled, and compassionate women! I highly recommend them and I will be bringing them all my business as week now!!! You can’t find better.

After reading all of the positive reviews, I decided to take my wedding dress in for alterations. It has many many organza layers at the bottom. It was too long and I needed it shortened, bustled, and the straps shortened. She even showed me the different types of bustles and what they would look like in order to help me decide what I wanted. My dress turned out beautiful. I will be taking all my clothes here in the future for alterations. You won’t be disappointed.

I’ve taken several pairs of pants here to be hemmed and I definitely recommend them. There is always someone available to take your measurements if you, like me, can’t be trusted to do this correctly at home and I’ve never had much of a wait. They do good work and have pretty quick turnaround times for a reasonable price (about $ 9 for unlined dress pants).

AMAZING service, prices, and results! Being from the east coast, with tailors on every corner, competing for the other’s business, I was spoiled and hold the bar high — It was hard to find a decent Texas tailor but I luckily stumbled on Manuela’s and they exceeded expectations on every level! 100% RECOMMEND — very friendly, clean with large changing room, take time with measurements, work with deadlines, extremely reasonable prices, and guaranteed work.
