We are a full service Home and Termite Inspection Company serving San Antonio and surrounding areas.

We are also able to inspect Pool/​Spas or Sprinkler Systems if they’re present and you’d like them inspected.

If your home has a Septic and you’d like that inspected, we can provide a ‘Limited Septic Inspection’; but is more for peace of mind and not adequate if needed as a loan requirement.

During the Home Inspection, evidence of Termite (active and damage) will be noted, but we are also able to provide a separate Termite (Official WDI) Report. Some need this for their loans, others like it because it comes with a one year warranty upon a clear Report. We also perform Termite Treatments.

History

Established in 2004.

This is a family company; Chuck is a Certified, Professional Real Estate Inspector (TREC #10 445) with over 25 years of related Construction and Inspection experience.

In the past 11 years as an Inspector he has performed at least 4500 Home Inspections.

He is also a Licensed Termite Inspector and Certified Pest Control Applicator (CA #600 857). This allows him to be able to provide the ‘Termite Papers’ (Official Termite Report) necessary for some loans. He also offers Termite/​Pest Treatments and Warranties.

Carly, Chuck’s daughter, schedules his appointments and maintains the Office.
