History

Established in 2003.

Ray CPA, LLC provides tax and accounting services in greater San Antonio and throughout Texas. We also welcome business from around the U.S. The Ray CPA Group has clients based in several states throughout the U.S.

The company began as Ray Tax Services, LLC in 2003. In addition to Ray CPA, LLC, the Ray CPA Group also consists of the founding office and Group Headquarters in Round Rock, TX.

Roger R.

Business Owner

Roger Ray, PE is the owner/​partner and COO of Ray CPA Group’s San Antonio business. Roger brings over 30 years of business management and leadership experience to Ray CPA, with the past 18 years leading US multinational corporations to financial growth and success in Asia, based in Shanghai, China. Prior to joining Ray CPA, Roger most recently held the position of President for the Asia business unit of a US based corporation. Roger has managed business units ranging from $ 40 million in annual revenue to leadership of exciting on-​the-​ground grass-​roots start-​up businesses.
