The systems and the service in an emergency are top notch! Highly recommend it — — if this review as based solely on that I would give it a 5 Star rating… as with most large companies(I have been with P1 for over 5 years and started when they were a lot smaller!) that grow they lose their customer focus. The biggest issue I have had recently is the constant changes in the monthly fee. The agreed amount was $ 27.99 and it regularly fluctuates to as high as $ 36.00 — — - when I call they adjust it and it’s okay for a month or two and then goes back up again — — - I think I have spent over 10 hours on the phone — — the other issue is they put you on hold when you call in and then they come back to say they can’t fix it and someone will call back — which does not happen prompting another phone call to the Headquarters. The local P1 office is great, good service, but they need to teach the Corporate Office at 1−800-GET-HELP how to service a long-term customer… when you explain the problem they ask«Do you want to cancel the account?» rather than correct it.
