Newly renovated school and classroom! We have been training bartenders, owners, and managers in San Antonio and surrounding areas for over 15 years. Same owners, same job placement director. Our job placement rate is over 93%. Classes start on Mondays. Seating is limited to 8 students per class, so you must preregister. Morning session is 9am-​2pm or evening session is 5pm-​10pm the first Monday. Multiple programs, flexible schedules, and varying class times. We are the only school in San Antonio and surrounding areas to offer Aloha Point of Sale Training.

Our San Antonio school offers an Introductory Bartending class, which is 5 hours, Bartending class 25 hours, Premier/​Mixology class Minimum of 50 hours.

History

Established in 1997.

Our location opened in 1997 off Austin Highway and Perrin-​Beitel. We are a part of Professional Bartending Schools of America, which is the largest, most professional group of bartending schools in the United States. This gives the students many benefits: copyrighted textbook (updated yearly), consistent teaching throughout the U.S., all instructors are required to have continuing education hours every year, nationwide job placement assistance, and our excellent reputation with employers.

Business Owner

I’ve bartended for over 15 years. My experience includes: Alamo Café (3 years), Farleys Food, Fun & Pub (9 years), Tapatio Springs (2 ½ years), Carraba’s (2 years). I have extensive knowledge in staff training, administrative duties, restaurant operations, management, as well as bartending. We require all staff to have a minimum of 5 years bartending experience.
