Next Day Custom Tees

I would not recommend this place at all! I don’t know why they call themselves NEXT DAY, when they can’t even get back to a simple email or phone call! It’s very frustrating and lack of communication! I’m big on customer service and this isn’t how you do business! I’m glad I didn’t go forth with my order after looking at the last bad review, it doesn’t surprise me one bit!

Went in on a Monday, ordered shirts different sizes went over the grafics and placement, how I wanted them. went good even felt like they guy was being helpful cause it was my first order for my new company. He tells me ok they will be ready Monday I said ok that sounds good.
Monday comes around so I call in and say hey I’m ready to go pick up the order I placed she couldn’t find my order didn’t even know I paid in full. Never heard of me I tell her I want my money back and she tells me that she will have someone call me back she can’t cancel and refund. They never called like cowards so I call back they say I’m sending you the final prints today and the shirts can be ready by tomorrow. Tuesday comes no phone call no email, Wednesday comes no phone call no email so I call they still don’t know who I am or what I ordered. I was recommended to this place by 2 different people so I tried my best to be patient. They finally tell me the shirts should be ready tomorrow which is Thursday. I said ok let’s do it.
Thursday comes around no phone call no email like I said cowards. So I call and said hey they said my order would be done today can I go pick them up she then said oh they are working on them now won’t be ready till 5pm. I ask don’t you close at 5??? She then said oh yea I guess tomorrow they will be ready. Friday comes and no phone call no email no notice that they are ready so I call. They say they are ready for me to go pick them up.
Long story short this is bad business and they don’t give a shit about us little guys or people starting off. I was put aside till it was too late and they didn’t even have a reason just excuses. Don’t go here if you are just starting off they will waste your time and money.
You just can’t fix laziness if you want shirts or prints or anything like that dont go here total waste of my time, business, and money.
