My HR was founded by CJ Petitt to serve businesses in San Antonio. We are an affordable alternative to hiring an expensive HR Director or a PEO to run your HR department. We are passionate about protecting small businesses from legal hassles and employee headaches.

With over 20 years of boots-​on-​the-​ground Human Resources experience, My HR Consulting Founder, CJ Petitt, MBA, SPHR is also a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She understands the law and she knows real world solutions that work!

CJ also knows unemployment claims from the inside-​out! She started out working for Texas Workforce Commission and can guide you expertly. Her experience includes winning frivolous unemployment claims, designing competitive benefit plans and creating positive employee relations.

She earned her Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from St. Mary’s University and her Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA), in Human Resources, from the University of Oklahoma (Boomer Sooner!). This allows small business owners to get help quickly without earning a law degree or paying big bucks!
