In 2002, M&M — founded by Mac Rattan and Manny Tijerina — began with two employees.

Our guiding principles then, as now, were to provide quality services at a fair price and to treat people with courtesy and respect. Today, we employ nearly seventy. Through a lot of hard work and a lot of good fortune, we believe M&M has emerged as the best weatherization company in Texas. More importantly, we continue to improve
