Took my boat in last month for a tune up. They did not mention anything about not doing a tune up, just asked me what was wrong. I explained and they wrote some things down on their paperwork and had me sign it. I am not mechanically inclined so I had no idea what they were doing. Picked it up, paid $ 215 dollars and was told it was good to go. I took two weeks off of work for my kid’s spring break and planned to fish everyday. I drove an hour and a half to a state park down south, put the boat in the water and it will not run. Called and they said bring it by. I brought it by this morning and they say they can’t look at it today. They also said «We didn’t really do. Anything to it.». I explain that I took off from work and the tune up was said to be good and I needed it looked at ASAP. They then stated, «We don’t do tune ups! We only check specific problems. We can’t do anything about it.» I guess they failed to mention that when I came by the first time. If you have a choice I would not do business with a place who does not stand behind their work or care about the problems they have caused for people who work for a living. With a a strong military presence here in San Antonio it is disappointing that they could care less. Take your business elsewhere.
