We practice immigration law extensively, and can assist you from family or residency based cases, to complex investment and employment visas. We also have experience handling DACAs, special immigrants visas, appeals, asylum and comprehensive deportation and removal defense.

We also have extensive experience representing clients successfully in the Bexar County criminal courts, as well as surrounding counties. We accept any misdemeanor or felony case, including DWI, Possession, Theft, and Assault cases.

Finally, as a General Practice office, we can handle any legal matter from civil litigation, contracts, wills /​estate planning, landlord tenant disputes, and purchase/​sell agreements.

Established in 2014.

Attorney Christopher Peng worked for the Gutierrez Law Firm in San Antonio, TX for the last three years, prior to starting his own office in 2014.

Business Owner

Christopher Peng is a licensed attorney that has been practicing law in the State of Texas since 2010. He holds an economics degree from the University of Texas at Austin, and graduated from the St. Mary’s University School of Law. He also has extensive education and work experience abroad in China. Chris enjoys cultures, travelling, and when he’s not working, he’s enjoying time with his family or shredding guitar for the San Antonio band, Destruction Evolution.
