The manager at this store is very rude the checkers are not very helpful, I was told that they usually don’t return items when clearly they have it printed you can return and get store credit. I used to shop here a lot but this one back experience will never let me go here again

WARNING: Went to have a brand new(within an hour) $ 600 suit altered and they damaged it in the process. Instead of owning up to a mistake, they proceeded to tell me it was damaged when I brought it in. They had even tried to fix their mistake but was still clearly damaged. In the end K&G refused to deal with the problem and instead passed me off to their contracted tailor.

This place is really going down hill, I’ve been going here for years and today was the last straw. I went in to just pick up some shorts and no one helped me, cause 3 of the people that work there were busy talking in the back. I found my shorts and went to check out and there was 2 cashiers and just one person in front of me so it shouldn’t take long(wrong), I waited over 15 min and the cashiers had no clue what they were doing so I just put my shorts back and left.

Great on there alterations now I take all my clothes to them even what I buy somewhere else. Like the selection on designer suit since I wear one every day to work.

I love K&G for the deals. The clothes are usually well made considering what you’re buying and how much you’re paying for. The cashiers have been good to me on all my visits — never pushing anything for an upsell or what have you and watching my points. I love the womens’ suits and the styles too. And I guess I come here often enough that my rewards points add up pretty fast — I recently got a $ 25 off card! :D My only complaint: I overheard an employee talking bad about the customers. Actually, I didn’t even really ‘overhear’ him since he made his comments known to everyone around him. I was trying boots on in the shoe area and one employee made a comment about the shoes being out of the boxes or being placed hapharzadly in the immediate area. The employee responsible for the shoes then quipped, «Well, we ALL know how the CUSTOMERS are! They NEVER put anything back where it belongs.» He went on for a couple more minutes with his gripe making me double check what I’ve put back and how I put it back. Screw that. I was putting my stuff back the way I found it. Another lady walked off along with a couple of other folks. I figure this: Sir, if you have such a problem with your job, then by all means leave it and find something else. I’m sure there’s someone out there who wants or needs a job and would be happy to take yours!

Really great service, but you have to go find someone, which isn’t bad. Just don’t expect someone to come running up to you to assist. The tailor helped me find exactly what I needed, measured me, gave me some great tips and was genuinely helpful. The cashiers were amazing, I had sent a text to the number on the sign for a discount, and never got it. The cashiers worked together to get my tie half off and a used my friends 20% coupon from his phone on my suit and accessories. Outstanding customer service!

I am often seen in a nice tux or a nice suits. I mean look at my pictures more than half of them are in suits! Well I have purchased my graduation suit, my Kenneth Cole black Tux and my Calvin Klein white continental tux all here and for pennies on the dollar! The tailoring is pretty good and they will do a good rush service. I recommend this place is you already know what you like and what your sizes are. They have gentlemen that will assist you don’t but they try and push the more modern and trendy stuff and I am a more classic guy so I usually don’t value their opinions. However they do sometimes even have buy 1 get 2 free suits specials and those can be crazy awesome! I mean 3 suits for a 150 bucks! Whoa! The place is vast and has a lot of cheesy suits and clothing too but when you find your nice Kenneth Cole or Calvin’s its sooo worth it! Tip: Sign up with them online and you can get amazing discounts!

I discovered K&G recently and have found lots of steals. You can sign up for a frequent shopper card and get some pretty tremendous savings up front. The weekly email gets a little carried away, nothing a delete button doesn’t solve. The suits are top notch. There are on site alterations including special orders. The staff are the kinda kids who speak when spoken to. Not sure if I’m feeling that part of K&Gs. The clothes can be iffy. I bought some work out pants that unravelled after a wash. The clothes definently need special two, three, even fourth visual inspections before purchasing items. I’ve found several pieces with snags and lose stitching. If I were a suit wearing person I would definitely come here often.

I really like the selection of big and tall clothing that K&G has, especially the dress clothes. They have some of the nicest ties, dress shirts, shoes, and accessories. I like the fact that they have a big selection old school shoes, hats and shirts from Stacy Adams. Including my favorite shoes the black snakeskin wing tips which I have had for 3 years now, and still look new. If you know me you know I don’t like to spend a lot of money, and I never do at K&G. Dress shirts average from $ 20-$ 30 each, and shoes are never over $ 60. They carry many top name brands and cheaper brands too. They always have suits on sale and offer a basic tux purchase for about $ 150. As a matter a fact K&G is really the only place I buy my dress clothes, and always send visiting family there first. My father-in-law recently pick him up a shirt and hat for himself. I really don’t dress up but maybe once or twice a year, but when I need some new threads for a night out on the town I always stop at K&G Superstore. I give 5 stars to K&G for making me look so damn good. JK: P Just having a Vain moment…
