I have been going to Jiffy Lube on perrin beitel rd for a while now and they have always had good customer service. But today the staff really went above and beyond. They got me back on the road a little faster this time as well. I was even offered a discount because the manager said they were holding a sign. Lol, idk but ill take it. Great job guys keep up the great work.

Never again. Waited OVER an hour for a simple state inspection. Right, I could have left but after being told 10 min wait twice and seeing 4 staff and only ONE car in the bay I couldn’t believe it would really be THAT much longer. So I’m a big dummy. Never again.

One of the BEST in town. After the third time of great customer service I had to mention that Mark and his team Jiffy Lube on Pat Booker had been able to help me during trouble times. After calling Mark for assistance to get my car inspected to expedite my registration sticker, he asked me to come to his shop to get my car inspected and getting my paperwork done. Thanks to Mark and Andrea for her trust, support and professionalism to achieved their daily job in a promptly manner. I was their in a Jiffy! Excellent job!

Worst customer service ever! I tried to go to the Jiffy Lube off Nacodoches, but they were super busy. So, I came to this location and noticed they didn’t have any customers. I pulled up and said I wanted to get my car inspected and oil changed. The guy looks at my windshield wipers and says that because of the condition they are in, my car won’t pass inspection. He said I could buy them from him or go somewhere else to buy them cheaper. So I drove elsewhere to buy them cheaper and came back. Then, A DIFFERENT GUY comes to help us and I told him what I needed done and he knocks on my headlight and says, oh. There’s condensation in your headlight. This won’t pass inspection. WHY DIDNT THE FIRST GUY TELL ME THAT?! Needless to say, they have lost my business forever. And, it is no wonder why they didn’t have any customers when I pulled up both times. Lazy employees. Horrible service.
