My previous experience with this location has been great — particularly the frame shop. I’ve returned to have art prints framed here multiple times, costs ranging from $ 60 — $ 150. I know exactly what to expect with the quality and cost. I choose to have custom frames because typically the sizes of the prints are not standard and I care about their appearance. My last visit was terrible. I’m sure the frame will be as expected but the person handling my order spoke to my husband and I as if we’re children. Instead of being positive in their customer service and say something like«You can make this your „No“ pile and I can put everything back for you, that’s no problem at all. Let me know if I can help you or if you have any questions»(as far as possible frames/mats). Matt told us, «Just leave them here. I’ll have to put them away because they go in a certain order.» with lots of heavy sighing like we were bothering him — nothing else either, no smile, just that one line he told us two separate times. At this point I told my husband, «Maybe we should just go somewhere else or come back another time». There weren’t even any other customers around. It’s possible that he was very busy in the back and we were holding him up trying to decide what mat and frame would look best with our prints. He also didn’t ask what type of glass we preferred or give us a suggestion, the glass samples were under the counter; he drew up our order with Museum Glass and gave us the total as if there weren’t any other choices. If I hadn’t been a returning customer, I wouldn’t have known about the available options. I understand that it’s quite possible he was having a bad day or maybe a bad time in his personal life, but as a salesperson myself as well as in my daily life outside of work, I always make it a point to be respectful, considerate and kind to all people. I’m still not sure if I’ll be returning to this location to place another order or if I will go elsewhere.

Very helpful staff even when you don’t know what or how to ask about your diy projects a lot of variety.

This is my go-to store as it’s closest to me and is by everything else I need to stop at when shopping. Great employees; the best yet. Just sometimes a bit untidy and sometimes the employees are made to organize really big displays right in the middle of the day so it get’s tight. Best part is that they have two areas for cash registers and they notify you when one of those areas is customer-free and ready.

I Went to hobby lobby to get a signed poster framed but had no clue what I wanted. I was greeted immediately by Karen in framing. She was able to answer all 500 of my questions and picked out the perfect mat and frame almost immediately(even taking into account the location I said it would be and the room décor). Never felt very pressured into an up-sell and noticed that she started to work on it as soon as I handed it over. The finished frame looks perfect. Hopefully everyone works that great in the store(if not ask for Karen)! The store(bathrooms included) are extraordinarily clean and the rest of the staff are very friendly. Longs story short I had a perfect visit.

Very clean store. Parking isn’t too far away. Store is set up a little different then what we are used to. We got a picture reframed and they did a good job and quickly. We will use them again. Price is what you make it. Enjoy

Hobby Lobby has a little bit of everything. Definitely like that any DIY project I may decide to pick up, more than likely Hobby Lobby is going to have what I need. Going through the store recently and it was a little disheartening to see that they were already putting Christmas decorations out. It’s barely summer! The employees are always friendly and the store is always kept clean and organized. It’s rare that I need to ask for help when I visit, only because its fairly easy to get around the store. The downside to all these positives is the prices. Things here are pretty expensive, especially the furniture which I’ve noticed pieces that are scratched or dented. And just don’t think taking 15−20% off of an already expensive piece helps all that much. Usually when I shop here its to look through the clearance sections first to see if I can find an alternative to what I’m actually needing. Or to wait till they offer the 40% off coupon online. Not even going to comment on the high prices in the baking and pastry area. ugh! Don’t get me wrong, Hobby Lobby is a good store, but I find it much more enjoyable to browse and try to find cheaper alternatives elsewhere. Hobby Lobby gets just an A-Ok from me.

This location is starting to make me hate Hobby Lobby! The place is always messy as if they are constantly rearranging shelves! The service is awful! As in customer service does not exist in this store. Yes, you see employees around but none of them are willing to help you out. They act like if they don’t acknowledge you then you won’t ‘bother’ them. Ugh. Then the lines are always long at checkout! Always! Doesn’t matter what time of day it is and the cashiers aren’t nice. I say thank you and they say nothing back. Anybody see anything wrong with that? Yep… Michael’s here I come!

I really like Hobby Lobby. It is true that it is hard to find help and when located they just give directions – kind of like a traffic cop. However, there is always so much to choose from when you find what you want! The prices are reasonable and the quality is great as well.

Today was the last day I will step foot into this freaking place. I’ve been here a handful of times for various projects and the cashiers are always rude, any help in the store is practically nonexistent. Whatever, I mostly know what I’m coming there for anyway and I don’t need a whole lot of help. Today I wandered through the framing department and was passed by FOUR different employees, including one being a manager, and was never greeted. I finally decided to approach one that was stocking some little doo-dads near the framing desk to ask where they kept their poster frames. She points and says, «Over there, one of those aisles. It should be like the 3rd one.» I didn’t even bother to explain that I had already been down every single one with frames on it and didn’t find any poster frames. I went down the 3rd aisle again anyway, and of course it wasn’t there. At that point, I just left. I knew if I had even found them, I wasn’t going to give another flippin’ cent to this place. It’s so ridiculous. She couldn’t even stop her busywork for 2 seconds to show me where they were. And she was obviously too busy to see I had been wondering around for 10+ minutes already. I’m done with this place!

Eh. I love Hobby Lobby(and craft stores in general!), but this one has some improving to do to be really excellent. The stock itself is fine, but the store is a bit worn out looking, and the lines are typically looooong and slooooooow. The staff always look slightly peeved if you ask them for help finding things, or simply wave you in a general direction. Definitely better than no craft store, but this is not my top choice.

I love Hobby Lobby! This location has so much items! I dont remember this location having so much stuff! I went to Hobby Lobby to buy paint for a home project. I found exactly the paint and supplies I needed. The large section made it easy to choose which paint brushes and sponges I needed. I started looking around the store and wow! So much sections and themes! I can go on and on about all the items! Flowers, café shop items, chess game items, biker items, colored glass in all shapes and sizes and more and more! The wait in line was not so bad. Only one cashier. All the items were neatly in stock. Thats a plus! When items are all over the place, things get broken. I have been inspired to start fixing up my place with a theme for every room!

This store is very large with a massive range of products and selections. The only problem I have is that the staff is always hard to locate when you need help. They are either busy with a checkout line, walking swiftly away from you, or just nowhere to be found. I’ve gotten frustrated multiple times searching for a product and/or helping finding a product.

This may sound crazy, but this HL has improved its selection! Its got some decent clearance as well. With having a mall entrance and a parking lot entrance you’d think the lines flow pretty smooth. Don’t be fooled. They don’t. I will tell you the mall entrance clerk(usually always open) is the cashier with the smallest line.
