History
Established in 1998.
Our firm was established in 1997 by Jim Higdon, Charles Hardy, and Harold Zuflacht. Amy Geistweidt was soon to join us and thereafter, David Emory and Stephanie Bandoske. Jim, Charles, Harold and Amy are Board Certified in Family Law and Jim is also Board Certified in Civil Appellate Law. We decided to focus our practice on helping families with family law issues. Accessibility is a fundamental commitment we offer our clients.
