The sad part is this epidemic has spread to our children. In our experience, most attempts at being fit fail because of lack of motivation and knowledge; it is our goal to remove these barriers. Freddie Villarreal has been involved in the fitness industry for over 10 years. Having been out of shape and 40 lbs. overweight in his younger years gave him a strong desire to, not only get in the best shape of his life, but to make it his life’s work to help others do the same. Today he successfully motivates a wide variety of clients ranging from youth athletes and soccer moms to doctors and clients with disabilities such as fibromyalgia to osteoarthritis. His results-​oriented approach to training and ability to make exercise fun has led to hundreds of happy clients over the years.
