Marsha Jackson was very kind and professional in helping me fix the problem the last guy created (Letter from the IRS saying I owed 7k.) He overcharged me in the first place, would not let me refuse his incorrect services then the following year I get a letter saying it was wrong, go figure. The it cost me $ 100 to have the issue fixed. H&R Block is still a bunch of horrible crooks, but a few of their employees are helpful and honest. The original guy Melvin, moved down to the Corpus office, so good luck with that Corpus. Also, never trust a Melvin.
