Love this place and I love that it’s locally owned and operated. High end at half the price. I happened upon them during a 50% off sale and I am so glad I did! My service was great and the staff was wonderful! The price because it is consignment may turn people away, however when you consider the type of business this is and the fact that the jeans you bought for $ 50 are usually 150! Everything from the store itself to the items sold are clean and in tip top shape. I found 4 items I loved! And a great going out dress and they look brand new to me! All for $ 20 because of the sale! If I’d gone to target for the same dress I bought of have spent about the same and only gotten one item. So glad the construction slowed me down and I saw this store! I went twice in one day!!! And plan to visit again soon!

Fantastic resale shop on the far west side. Vincent and Mari, the owners, are sweet as pie. They have a fab selection of designer purses, from Louis Vuitton, Marc Jacobs, Michael Kors, Coach, Prada, Kate Spade, etc and they run sales from time to time on their handbags and designer shoes and glasses. The clothing is organized so nicely by style(tank top, shorts, skirts, etc) and by size, and by color! Lovely! Prices are super fair, and they have a killer men’s section as well, with suits, nice shoes, plenty of great brands. Many times I’ve been in, the entire stock of clothing has been 50% off. At least 3x that has been the case. Awesome! They also carry jewelry, shoes, and some mAkeup and bath and body stuff. The staff is so fantastic, they just treat you with such respect. Their consignment process is like no other, in which you can monitor your items online and know exactly when they sell. Return policy… Well there isn’t really one. No returns or exchanges, so be sure of your purchases before leaving.

*** UPDATEBELOW10÷10÷15 I could not wait to get my money or my clothes back so I could comfortably write a review! The concept of this place is fantastic. I have given clothes away to many different places in the past for free, so to make money off of them — WHYNOT?! Back in May, I decided that I would try and sell my clothes here. The guy who took them all was really friendly. You are under a contract with them for 3 months to sell your stuff and then when your contract is over, you pick up your clothes that weren’t sold and the money you made. So, August came and my contract came to an end. I called the store to find out when I could pick up my clothes and money. The same guy who I dealt with in the beginning was really rude. He told me he could not pull my clothes because it was a weekend. He told me to call back on the following Monday. I called on Monday, he told me to stop by, I went in and there was a woman working. I had explained the situation to her, she told me she could give me the money but not my clothes. She told me to try back in a week and they would pull the clothes. SO, here I am calling a week later and they told me they wouldn’t be able to do it until the end of the month. I wouldn’t have minded so much, but I had some expensive purses that I didn’t want donated, I wanted them back if they went unsold. So here I am in September now and the same guy I dealt with in the beginning told me they would do a «buy out» so they didn’t have to pull those clothes. Because I didn’t want to deal with this crap anymore, I agreed and took the money and ran. Now, here are some weird things about this place I didn’t like: 1. The guy who works here is very friendly sometimes, however, very rude depending on what you’re asking him about. 2. They don’t follow their contract. I wanted to pick up my clothes at the end of the contract, however, they were running around not giving me my clothes back. 3. You can track the clothes and accessories you sell online, however, there are no prices for what they are being sold for or how much you get from selling them. I HATETHIS. I had a purse that was being sold for $ 69.99 and when it sold, my account went up $ 5. That is not how much I should’ve received on a purse that is sold for $ 70. Needless to say, I will never ever do this again. After all the hassle I’ve dealt with over the past few months, I would prefer to donate my clothes and not get any money for them. I highly recommend that you do not put your clothes for sale at this consignment under any circumstances. Received an ABSOLUTELYDISGUSTING message from the owner. I am absolutely appalled. After being a Unilocaler for over 5 years, I have never received such a disgusting e-mail to my person e-mail address. Your Unilocal Comments! Saturday, October 10, 20151:57PM From: «Goodfellas» To: « » Dear Amy, Thank you very much for the negative review on Unilocal.Since you have decided to use social media to voice your experience. I have decided to voice mine too. I will be posting the items that you have stated to be very expensive clothing online for everyone to see. Let me remind you that we did you a favor in taking in your items. They were very worn and not high end. Your Coach purses were not clean and we made them look sellable. I understand that they might of been expensive to you. However, walmart and Kohls is not high end. I have pictures and a complete list of all your items that I will be posting in our defense on Unilocal and our Facebook page so EVERYONE can see the items that Amy Richardson brought in. I have also noticed that almost all of your experiences and reviews are rated are bad and somewhat negative on Unilocal.Since I am a memeber of the bussines Unilocal forum. I will be asking them to block you from any more reviews. Next time I feel you should communicate your issue s one on one instead of blsting a bussiness or person on social media. In the end I have decided to respond back using social media too. Sincerely, Vincent Goodfellas (210) 681‑7440 Web: www. goosfellasconsignment, com
